Recently, I purchased an item online, which arrived promptly. I mis-interpreted one aspect of the device which meant that it would not meet my needs. I spoke with my local shop who were very happy to arrange a complete refund. This is just one aspect of the customer support and care (and good advice) that I have received over many years from Richer Sounds.

Good advice from staff members

I went in to ask advices I wanted to replace a Sony Bravia. I was down the different models and the pros & cons were clearly explained. In the end I concluded that the LG suited my needs and that is what I purchased.

What can I say about them?
I have been purchasing Hi-Fi separates from them for many years now, when they had only one tiny cramped shop on London Bridge Walk.
They are a good, real down to earth company with no fluff and very keen prices.
This latest purchase of new speakers certainly won't be my last purchase from them either!

The deputy manager Dan at your Guildford branch was most helpful. Dan understood our needs and guided us to the right TV & Sound bar. I would goes as far as saying Dan would be an asset to any company that employed him. Richer Sound have trained him well in customer relations, so we’ll done.

Both members of staff were more than helpful -did not rush us and answered all our questions. The goods were delivered the next morning as promised and are now being used. ~Just excellent service -as before - that's why we came back for more help even though other shops were nearer.

Excellent service and really helpful staff, who even opened the shop early for me. The projector although not in stock in the shop, was delivered the next day as promised.

Called & spoke to Dan, I knew the TV I wanted & advised Dan that I'd found a better deal, we agreed a price which was acceptable to both parties love it when you can actually do a deal rather than get the standard no, sorry.
