Payment Methods Window shows no way to complete transaction
What I liked was that the transfer -- on the fourth try -- was created.
What I DIDN'T LIKE is that after I set the amount & payment method, then clicked "continue" .. I got a screen called Payment Method which offered me a chance to change my payment (which I did not want to do) ...and then showed NO WAY TO CONTINUE.
I contacted Chat Help, the agent kept telling me to send a screen shot, I kept pointing out that if I made another attempt to set up the transfer to get back to that Payment Methods page, the chat window would probably disappear.
Sure enough, that's what happened. But somehow at the same time I was desperately trying to get back to the Chat Window, I FINALLY got a screen telling me the transfer has been created.
You need to redesign that Paymenet Methods window.

Easy to set up but transfer FAILED and apparently I am blocked from ever using Ria again.
My first time using this - to send money to a relative to pick up cash at their local WalMart store. Super easy to set up account using Plaid to connect to my bank account and Veriff to match my photo ID to my selfie. HOWEVER due to unspecified issue, the transfer did not go through, and my Ria account was blocked. (Either the recipient gave an incorrect PIN number, or my own credit union refused to release funds.) I tried this with TWO different credit unions, and also tried to help a relative set up a Ria account to send the funds, but their transfer was also blocked. I followed steps to file an online appeal and was told a reply might take 72 hours. A day later I was told they could not re-open my Ria account but were "not allowed" to tell me why.
