Really bad quality of plants
Really bad quality of plants. I wouldn't recommend purchasing plants from RHS. The plants were not as tall as advertised, with no flowers - we purchased Jasmine creeper and rose creepers and the quality was really poor considering the cost of the plants. Would not Purchase anything from RHS.

That you care for plants you sell
my plant arrived in a solid box, and when opened it was wrapped in another layer of strong paper, but on opening plant, there were 3 big shoots snapped inside, But after emailing you, gave great customer service, delivered another free of charge . Thankyou

Well packaged and healthy plants
The plants are a good size and well packaged. Slight scorching on the leaves of the viburnum but understandable in this heat. The tibetan cherry was larger than we were expecting so we're very happy about that and looks healthy.
