The delivery period of my recent order is longer than I would have expected and this was not made clear at the time of order. I would not have placed the order if I had been aware of the long delivery period.

Orders taken, acknowledge straight away, and packaged with great care and delivered very quickly. The plants themselves were in perfect condition and as described and pictured.

I was not notified when my Victoria plum tree was going to arrive. Box was left leaning against house and found several branches had fallen off.

I bought an Amelanchier x Lamarckii directly from you for my dad’s 70th and while I do no recommend anyone tries to wrap an entire tree it is so beautiful.

Delivery was spot on. It is faring well and my dad is delighted (although my mother has been doing more of the watering!)

RHS always sends good quality plants well packed. adelivery service good too as soil still in the pots when they arrive rather than in the bottom of the box.

Beautiful products, well packaged and look amazing in our garden.

Over the past twelve months I've ordered several obelisks. All arrived promptly and I was kept informed of delivery details from the RHS and the courier. Lovely sturdy obelisks.

Plants arrived in tip top condition. I know you are trying your best with minimal plastic but the sheer volume of cardboard that was used makes it very difficult to get rid of. My blue bin (for card/paper) only gets emptied every month so I’ve had to stuff my car with the board and drive to the tip .. five or more miles away making it poor environmentally.

Great service delivered with a smile. Thanks RHS. Your current delivery company is a great improvement from that used a year or so ago. They actually ring the doorbell and wait for you to answer and are pleasant. Last year and before, the plants sometimes weren't packed properly and several pots were just left without ringing the doorbell.

Great product, quickly delivered. The birds seem to love it too!

Healthy plants delivered on time and with care. slightly more expensive than other places however I have no hesitation to strongly recommend. Will buy again knowing I will have strong specimens

Two out of the 3 lavenders are doing well. The third is turning brown.
Hopefully it will revive.
