New carpets…
The whole carpet laying procedure was stress free and the workmen were great. All rooms look lovely. Would highly recommend them.

Lumps in carpet, lack of accountability
The carpet itself and the staff were lovely. My issue is with the fitter.
He came to my house and spent the entirety of the installation arguing on the phone with who I can only assume was his partner.
After it was done I ordered a bookcase for a nook in the room, but it won't stand as there are lumps of what seems to be left over underlay rolled in the corner of the carpets.
I called the shop a first time and was told the fitter would contact. He didn't.
I called the shop a second time, they were unsure why he hadn't called and requested he did again.
4 weeks later I called a third time. They did not answer the phone, but instead texted to say he has called before christmas but I didn't answer and then provided a number.
I have no missed calls from this number or any that I do not know from the lead up to christmas.
Very disappointed with the fitting and the experience.
I have been told they have no other fitters, so I will be getting the rest of my flooring fitted elsewhere.

A great service from start to finish
A great service from start to finish. Beautifully fitted kitchen vinyl flooring with a great design. It looks wonderful. Quick, efficient, clean and helpful fitting and a good price. They have been fitting carpets and flooring for me over many years and I wouldn't even consider using, or getting a quote from, anyone else.
They are the best. Highly recommend them.
