Nice but not great, useful but not could improve
The service is great but I hope with more and more spread of this product the fees will decrease not only for promoting the platform and all the products, considering users buy the card from your partners which also have fees.
Last point try to range the fees not only for single reward also for amount,for example I use redeem my credit to a revolut account on 200 € the final amount is only 189€ circa which is nearly 10%,I think the fees could have a standard amount and a percentage which gets lower with a higher transaction, 10% fees on a 25€ wire it's not like 10% on 250€ transaction.
Ultimately the service and the products are good only on common and largely adopted apps (Venmo, Revolut, etc) on the other hand alternatives like virtual generated MasterCard or visa cards are inappropriatly taxed/overpriced

Amazing website
Amazing website with many ways to withdraw my balance. I usually just do crypto because I refuse to enter my kyc to buy crypto. The fees aren’t too noticeable for small amounts. But that’s okay. They’re trying to make a commission. I really enjoy this website. Payments are sent out within 5 minutes which is also really good.

The virtual credit cards cannot be used…
The virtual credit cards cannot be used on any website, it gets declined all the time and a few tries later your cc gets blocked. Now you have to wait 14-21 days for the refund. After the refund you try using it again and it gets blocked again for 14-21 days. It s a never ending circle and you will not be able to use your balance.
