I bought a gift card
I bought a gift card, but it had already been used by someone else. I shared the payment receipt, and even in my library's ticket history, it shows as if I've never purchased a ticket before. Despite this, even after contacting their support team, they side with the seller and say they can't do anything. Don't shop here; they're scammers. The email address I used to purchase the ticket doesn't match the email address used to purchase the ticket. Even though they saw this, they're not helping.

Voucher codes work much like cash: if a code is shared with someone else and redeemed, and the amount has already left the system, we are unfortunately unable to reverse it. For this reason, codes should always be kept private and not shared with anyone.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I purchased a voucher expecting to be able to redeem it, but when I tried, I was told it had already been redeemed by another account. I contacted support and was told that because the voucher was already redeemed, it could not be refunded or replaced.
I did not redeem the voucher myself, so I expected the issue to be investigated and resolved. Unfortunately, I was left without the product I paid for and without a refund. I would not recommend purchasing from here unless this issue is addressed.

Fake MasterCards & Scam Refunds
Purchased one of their MasterCards, was charged $13 as a fee, on a $200 Card.
Card would not work on any provider. Does not specify this, and makes it sound like the card is universal.
When I attempted to Revert the Card Balance to my Website Balance, they Blocked the card, claimed it was MasterCard, and told me I must wait 14-28 Days, despite Dutch Law placing a Refund Maximum of 14 Days on Digital Transactions.
Avoid at all costs. The website gouges fees for products that do not work, and they will hold you in a never ending refund cycle. Support is useless Copy & Paste. Scam Business, recommend reporting to the ACM in the Netherlands for Breaching Consumer Rights.
