I've tried to email and contact this company multiple times and have been ignored. I placed an order for 3 shirts and have only received 2. The two I received were fairly decent, I want the other shirt I paid for. Zero stars for customer service.

I ordered 3 tops about 1 month ago the parcel arrived today with just 2 tops in it the service had been terrible no communication about delay to tops. My order number is 14428 can you let me know if I’m getting my 3rd top or my money back.

Although I’m happy with the 2 tops I received I’m still missing one top Scotland yellow away that never arrived. Can you please let me know if I am getting my top???

I have ordered twice all the way from Zimbabwe and received the kits in good time. The quality was more than I expected. Only hiccup was that on my 1st order when it was Buy 2 get 1 Free, I only received 2 kits and didn't receive my Sourh Africa '94 kit sadly.

I ordered a kit on the 30th March 2024 for delivery to an address I'm visiting for 2 weeks. I have still not received the order and Royal Mail say they're expecting it from the sender. How will I get my order once I leave the UK on Friday morning the 12th of April. Please advise.

I love the 89/90 West Ham kit received and can finally forgive my Mum for throwing away the original!

There were issues with receiving the order which I understand to be a Royal Mail error. I provided feedback to Retro who apologized, and this will not stop me using them again.

Great range of retro kits at great prices - wonderful customer service too, with prompt and friendly communications.

Kits are great quality and sizes are perfect. Communication from the company was really good throughout the order and delivery process. Would highly recommend.

I placed an order on the 9th of March for 3 Arsenal jerseys. Since then I have emailed and messaged numerous times I’ve been told that they would arrive by a certain date and they haven’t. Then they said that it was apparently lost I’ve received little to no communication from them my order no. is 13898. Can someone reply and tell me where my order is ??

I ordered 3 shirts 11 days ago and the website said they would arrive in 4-6 business days. They still haven't arrived and I have tried to contact retrosoccerkits but they do not respond and I am left thinking where are my kits.

Ordered 3 kits over 2 weeks ago , received an email saying they had been sent for delivery but when I check with Royal Mail they still haven’t received anything from the sender , TOTAL SCAM

Having read the previous reviews and not received any replies from Retro Soccer Kits to my direct e-mails to them, I was under the impression that I had been scammed.

To my complete surprise, my order arrived via the Royal Mail on Saturday afternoon!!

With that said, I am happy to amend my original review accordingly and urge them to implement a customer service strategy to prevent future misunderstandings.

Ordered 2 weeks ago hoping it would arrive in time for a friend’s birthday as it said 4-6 business days and nothing. Tracking info was sent immediately but Royal Mail is still just “expecting” the parcel from the supplier.

I have tried to contact the company in numerous ways (email, contact box online & facebook message) and nothing back.

Great Kits. Purchased a retro Liverpool and multiple US jerseys. Sure, delivery was a bit delayed, but that was expected, their website clearly stated they were relocating their warehouse. Overall, great service and kits. I recommend them, just be patient when it comes to shipping/receiving.

I feel like this is the only way to get through to this company. Placed an order 2 weeks ago with the knowledge of 4-8 day delivery. I emailed last Friday about my missing order and no reply. These shirts were a birthday present. No email for tracking or dispatch confirmation. Extremely shocking customer service. Where is my order?

Finally arrived Thiursday 28th. All 6 strips and more than happy. Shame about 3 week delivery time, as this is letting you down and making it a very bad experience overall HAPPY with quality of shirts.

Placed an order and it said I should receive within 5 days. I’ve emailed them 3 times as it’s been over 3 weeks now, no communication from them at all.

They’ve sent me a tracking number that says Royal Mail are still expecting it, which makes me wonder if they are a company working overseas in Asia and sending products from there that is causing the delay. I’m guessing I won’t be receiving anything any time soon which is really disappointing as I needed them as a gift.

Still nothing as of yet and it’s been almost 3 weeks now.
