I bought an item from this website for my son's birthday, it never came on time, I messaged them on there advised email address, which by the way starts 'donotreply.' which obviously isn't a good start as any email sent will just be ignored. Got no reply obviously. So I've had to raise a claim through PayPal, which I luckily paid through. AVOID

AVOID! Bought 3 tops which took 2-3 weeks to arrive. XXL which is a lie, the fit is more medium than XXL. Trying to return my items, have received no response from them in over 2 weeks. Doesn't state anywhere how/where to return the items to. Absolute shambles, I advise anyone to stay away!

Still waiting for a shirt i ordered 6 weeks ago. Shocking/no customer service and sounds like this is a scam website. Avoid at all costs.

This company is a scam. Have taken order & payment , order not arrived but parcel is untrackable at Royal Mail / Parcel force as they are using out of date tracking numbers , untraceable and company website has now been taken down.

I’ve ordered 3 retro tops 10 days ago and nothing has been updated with Royal Mail , I’ve tried to email retro soccer kits but no customer service available . My order number is 14896 I just need some answers asap

* Dodgy shipping practices
* Knock-off gear, that looks like rejects at best
* Zero customer service

I'd read the terrible reviews before ordering, but decided to still give these a try with the security of Paypal, who eventually recovered my money for me.

My advice to anyone else is AVOID retrosoccerkits.co.uk, they are just awful.

Ordered 3 shirts off this company a week ago, now the website has been taken down and the email address doesn't work, got no way of getting in contact with them. Royal mail just say they're expecting my package. Looking like I've been scammed just like alot of other people on here. 😡

Quality is superb! Communication of customer service is basically non existent and the delivery times of 5 days are not accurate on the website. If you’re ok with waiting around 2 weeks, they’re great shirts!

Very disappointed, been trying to contact them numerous times over sending me a shirt what is the wrong size, all I want is an exchange NOT A refund, its frustrating, as there no contact number, don't know where to go from here, just sending email after email no reply 😡😡😡

Received my order yesterday after waiting over 2 weeks. Order came with marks over the front of it. Shirt is see through, quality is awful. No way of getting in contact with company. Looking to speak to someone from the company!

Still waiting for the top I ordered for my son’s birthday nearly 3 weeks ago. I’ve filled the customer contact form in 3 times but have yet to receive a reply! It’s been showing as dispatched to Royal Mail for a fortnight but they are still waiting for it. Frustrating that there’s no customer service telephone number. This is now too late for his birthday so doubt I’ll be ordering from them again.

Where are my football kits??? Its been nearly THREE weeks. I ordered 4 tops in good time for my twin sons birthdays and no sign yet. No response to numerous emails and social media messages either. I have a tracking number but it seems that Royal Mail are still waiting to receive the package too.
Please sort out your customer service. I really hope that when they do finally arrive, I can increase the score. For now though, no tops, no talk, so no top marks for this company.

Only wish I had read reviews before placing an order. Waiting over 2 weeks for order to arrive with no communication from company even though I have emailed them numerous times. This was a birthday present which has missed the birthday! Not impressed with overall service and lack of customer communication.
