Fantastic company, always brilliant items
Every time I have bought something from this amazing company it has arrived promptly & in great condition, very trustworthy company & they have so much to offer, im always needing safe plants for my bio tanks for both our crested geckos & 12 tarantulas and they have so much to choose from. Thankyou again .. oh and the geckos absolutely love your new blueberry wet food (powder pouches)

Communication from the seller was brilliant but their Courier service however left my frozen product in the van for over 48 hours said it would be delivered next day but didn’t arrive to the following day no communication from Courier

I have mice from you for a long time…
I have mice from you for a long time but when I get my order quite a lot of the time the ice has melted the mice are Just solid is there anyway you could put extra ice inside the box the delivery lady was brilliant thanks very much for your understanding

Fast postage …
Great delivery service yet again for my second time of purchase, good size mealworms for 250 g. Some metamorphosis however this heat is that not surprising refrigerated mine when they got here. These blackbirds sure are hungry. Next order again soon .
