The man in the show room I think his name is Paul was excellent from the start to the end! Amazing customer service from Paul, amazing with interfering with me and keeping me updated, whenever I went in about queries for the bed he sorted them out straight away and understood my circumstances and was very helpful, I even asked him if the delivery men could build the bed for me and he told me it would be an extra fee but didn't charge me and asked the boys to do it for nothing for me. The 3 men that delivered my bed this morning were excellent as well and even built my bed for me! Especially the 2 passengers that delivered the bed! Overall 10/10 for both of the services I received!

The service received by Regency Bedding is always excellent. The team go above and beyond every time. They supply all the beds for our self-catering complex and guests often compliment us on the good night sleep that they have.

Walked in and was seen straight away, delivery was booked for 2 days time and all delivered within the timescale provided.

Service was fab, so helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. Hadn’t been in this shop in years but was pleasantly surprised. Delivery was on time and delivery drivers were efficient and friendly.

The delivery team came quite early, we hadn't quite finished moving the old bed but they came back an hour or so later. I still had 3 of the divan drawers full and who I think is the person in charge told me he would collect them when empty. Really good service and we are chuffed to bits with our new bed. I ordered a bed from regency .Paul in the shop was amazing and very kind to my daughter when she went in to check the bed out .the delivery guys were fantastic asking if I had somebody to help me build it and when I said no they set about doing it for me .thank you for a seamless process from start to finish
