Reed has been great for me
The experience I gained improved my English. They helped me take courses to obtain certificates, which I added to my CV. They organized my CV and updated it every time I obtained a certificate, adding it to it. They also helped me apply for some jobs.

Sophie was amazing!!
Sophie was amazing, sometimes it not about just getting a job it’s looking at the barriers to why you haven’t already got one. I came from a really difficult background of barriers and Sophie helped me get therapy, gave me support, looked over my CV, helped me find jobs around childcare issues,sort out vouchers for interview clothing. Not only that she was also kind and fair and had such a positive attitude and impact on me. I felt like without her, I wouldn’t be where I am now,she gave me the support I needed and actually listened. I would recommend this service to anyone and especially if you got Sophie.

I really enjoyed my experience with the…
I really enjoyed my experience with the Re:Start programme.
My advisor Sophie was amazing and kept me motivated and on track when I was doing my level 3 within months I had passed and started my new job.
She was friendly and really helped me gain confidence and was there to help when I had soke stuff going on.
I would highly recommend this programme to anyone.

Very helpful when looking for an employment

Reed in Partnership provides a well-structured and supportive employability service as part of a Government-backed programme. The delivery feels genuinely people-focused — advisers and support staff show real care, professionalism, and consistent follow-through.
