Poor and inadequate customer service response …

We purchased a Toaster in April this year via their EBAY listing, sold as 'new', unfortunately this became faulty. When reported to them, initially the response was good and I sent the necessary information they requested. However after sending the information, communication has halted, both via ebay messaging and their direct email address! With no telephone number available to contact them (44 118 228 2363) is not valid, I am unable to discuss and resolve the problem.
