The worst company ever, they didn’t give back the security deposit for the rental, it has been over 18 months!!!!

Everything is good except their behavior after leaving the apartment. I was resident in one of the properties in Berlin and I terminated my contract exactly as mentioned in the rental agreement. Now it's been more than 7 months I'm fighting hard to get my deposit back. They don't respond to any emails when I sent an email to them for any response.
Very unprofessional behavior, Not recommended if you are not rich to let go of your money for nothing.

ATTENTION: Please do not give a property management order! The employees are not treated well either. In Bonn: Colleagues are incorrect, not cooperative (mobbing) and the 1st management completely incompetent and out of place. No leadership quality! One star is too much, unfortunately the system does not accept comments without a star!

Do NOT get this company as Hausverwaltung. They never answer to anything. They don't to what they are paid for. I'm trying to reach them for 4 months. The contact person listed in our building doesn't work there for two full YEARS and it's never been updated! All alternative email addresses aren't working and all the Mitarbeiter are reported as "not working there anymore". I'm waiting for the Kostenabrechnung, never came, the Versammlung was never set up and the construction work paid and planned two years ago 'ever happened.
Really, the worst.

The worst rental company I have ever worked with. Gave my 3 months notice and despite many emails and notice asking them to come, never turned up to do the check out. Ended up sending photos of the apartment and leaving the keys. Delay after delay in getting the deposit back and four months later, still haven't received it. Now engaged a lawyer to get it. DO NO rent from this company, you'll regret it.

This company is a nightmare. I've never seen worse.
They do a total renovation of the apartments with the tenants' deposit and always find a way to return nothing. This company is unreliable and dishonest.

The worst experience so far. Please don't trust this place! Still waiting for my money and can't emphasize how miserable work they do! Since 2018 I have to deal with these people and it is a nightmare!
