Teon met us at the entrance to the store and showed us mattresses. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We were so impressed with his attention to detail we bought our mattress and he secured a reasonable discount.

I paid for a furniture protection service and when I had an issue that required a cushion replacement, it took over 3 months for the cushion to arrive and when it did, they brought the wrong cushion!!!! The cushion for the chaise lounge section of my couch is what needed replacing and the technician was sent to my home with a regular couch cushion. Now I’m stuck trying to go through the process all over again to get a cushion replacement, 4 months from starting the initial process!! VERY UNHAPPY.

My coffee table came dented and scratched on the corner of the top of it. It came that way which is upsetting because we paid alot of money for it.

The failed on the initial setup when furniture was delivered! 2nd time they came out botched repair was done correctly! 3rd Was to come and replace broken seat tried to repair, instead of paying attention to customer they overlooked my request! I want a replacement couch sent to me!

We had an issue with the third-party delivery service that handled the delivery and setup of the custom sectional we recently ordered. I called Raymour & Flanigan and notified them of the issues shortly after the delivery. The woman who helped me on the phone was wonderful and, without hesitation, submitted a request for a service call to fix the installation issues. She also notified the local store, and the following day, I received a call from the General Manager as a follow-up. It was an unpleasant delivery experience, but Raymour & Flanigan resolved the issues swiftly. The non-profit I work for has purchased from this store 5 or so times in the last year alone, and we've always had great experiences — even with previous third-party deliveries. We will definitely purchase from Raymour & Flanigan again!

Jonny Shoolman was very helpful showing me what I asked for… not pushy. He explained all details about the furniture and mattresses to help me make a decision.

Kevin was amazing to deal with. He was very patient with us and did not make us feel rushed. He also knew what he was talking about and answered a lot of our questions. He made buying the mattress enjoyable.

I have problems with a set that the time for my platinum coverage has expire. However they will be sending a technician out at my expense. I am satisfied with this solution.

My salesperson’ Westly’ is professional, listens to my needs to purchase and doesn't try to over sell. I remember him from a past purchase and decided to request his assistance again. I purchased a twin bed and mattress/boxspring. My other purchase was a living room suite, which we all love. My overall experience is seemless from beginning to end. The staff is professional, warm& inviting!!!!

Don’t play that took care of me. Her name was Lynn and she was very knowledgeable about her job. You’re very very nice woman and I will always come back to read more and plan again. I am very satisfied.
