Great, easy, helpful online order process. It took a very long time, however. It was Massachusetts tax-free weekend, so I understood the time issue/

I have had my chair serviced 4 times. Last Tuesday being the 4th. I was told someone would be calling me in 3-4 days. NO ONE CALLED.
I am not happy with service on this piece of furniture.

The Company Doesn't Care.
My 4-year-old $1,500.00 loveseat's entire spring system dropped to the floor. The living room is not used much; I live alone, and the entire seating area is on the floor. The company will not stand behind what they are selling. A co-worker has the same issue and had the 5-year warranty plan, and the company WILL NOT repair or replace the loveseat. This is outrageous for a company that's been operating since 1947. I was told (after asking for a manager) that the service department will call me on Monday. No Call. I will reach out to the CEO, Neil Goldberg. I can't believe the company's still selling the Shiloh Loveseat. DO NOT BUY IT!

Your sales representative , Michael Cohen was very helpful. He was knowledgeable about the matress products and was very patient , He is personable and makes you feel welcome . Nancy and I lenjoyed the experience.

The people were great. Mike the sales manager, Joseph Santos, supervisor, and Melissa in customer service were great.Helpful, honest, and professional. Will be back for my furniture needs.I sent my nephew there the day after my visit. He said his experience was great. Keep up the good work. Mike Gavigan

Both guys (sorry forgot their names) very friendly, effective and efficient. Waited for me to check out the bed for any needed adjustments. Best service we have had in a long time. I rate them a six out of five.

I wasn’t happy with salesman. One of the first things he said was we have a lot of those chairs in stock. After I chose one he repeated he had them in stock. To me that meant they were available to take with me and they didn’t have to order one. I also had read your ad that said if in stock they would deliver in 3 or less days. I was there Sunday and he “thought” it would be delivered on Friday. After thinking about that over night I canceled the order today!!

I ordered & paid for a queen mattress and box spring. Delivered by 2 very nice gentlemen, was the box spring only. The deliveryman made contact with his customer service person who claimed there was no order on her end and that I should connect with someone else in the chain of command. I said that she needs to do this but the response was that I would be contacted later today.
Finally, I did receive confirmation yesterday that my total order was to be delivered today.

The person who waited on us ( Tony Grottola) was very helpful . He listened to what price range I was looking for and helped us find those chairs.

The process was very easy. The sales person I dealt with was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I really appreciated all the help. I ended up buying a lot more furniture than I expected when I walked in the door.

My daughter and I had an amazing experience with Johnathan who drove out from New Jersey to work in Massachusetts for tax free weekend.
We were specifically looking at mattresseses and he gave us space to try them out, lay on a few, and then answered questions when we wanted information. He has Exceptional.

We were able to take our time without a salesman following us around. Was able to receive delivery within two days.

Ken Porter and rest of staff They were excellent went above and beyond to help me in a emergency for my elderly father. I will always call him first with future needs.
