Scott and Michelle both worked together…

Scott and Michelle both worked together to assist me in purchasing a mattress and were professional and personable, making sure the mattress was an appropriate one for me as I have had a challenging illness that made sleeping difficult at times. The extra time they spent with me was most appreciated! I highly recommend both of them! It was an outstanding experience for me. Your delivery people were also excellent and on time.

I when to Gateway Mall Brooklyn…

I when to Gateway Mall Brooklyn location. Josefina took care of me. She makes me feel that I was talking to my best friend and help me to make the best decision base on my needs. She was just wonderful!! Great costumer service, even my husband was like “did we meet her before?” Amazing. Thank you Josefina you’re just the best 👍

Wonderful shopping experience

Marilyn greeted us with such a smile when we first walked into the store. She helped us tremendously while still giving us time and space to look around. When we finally needed her help she was right there with us to the very end of our purchase. This was by far the most wonderful shopping experience we have had.

I’ve never left a bad review in my life…

I’ve never left a bad review in my life but I am at my wits end with Raymour and Flanigan. I ordered a new sofa, rug, and armchair for my new home. The sofa was meant to be delivered at the end of May but was pushed back until June 1st. Fine, I understand things happen. The sofa was delivered June 1st with a large grease stain (probably from the truck) and a small tear. I filed a claim that very night. After 72 hours, I followed-up. I had to follow-up FIVE times before I heard anything, and that was on June 23rd, more than three weeks later (and only because I tracked down multiple numbers before I finally was able to speak to someone). A technician came out and found the sofa could not be fixed so would be replaced. They were scheduled to come on July 6th. Received an email that morning but when I clicked the link to track the delivery, it said the delivery was cancelled, nothing more. Having taken the day off work, I was annoyed but called to see what happened. I was told the sofa was out of stock and that I’d hear back about the next steps. I never did. I had to call again, was told the sofa was estimated to be back in stock July 28th, and that *I* had to call to check in and follow up to see when the sofa would arrive. I was told being sent an email confirmation or tracking was impossible because it’s all internal. It is completely unacceptable that I had to track all this down myself. Had I not called and hounded, I never would have found out what happened. Now I have to call to find out when and if I’ll get my replacement sofa? Unbelievable. Once this saga is finally over, hopefully soon, I will never shop at Raymour and Flanigan again. What was an exciting time, shopping for my first home, has been a massive headache for over a month.

PS - I paid for Platinum Service. I’d hate to see what silver or gold service entails

I bought a Furniture Set and a Bedroom…

I bought a Furniture Set and a Bedroom Set I purchased a platinum protection plan as well so I bought the furniture in 2022 my coverage was for 5 years I never asked these people for anything my knobs came off the dressers and the bed frame broke ,I asked if they clean the furniture they only do spot cleaning the denied the claim to do anything saying I should of contacted them when this stuff happened over time at different times I’m so upset I will never purchase another warranty these places pick and choose what and who they cover furthermore I’m not shopping here ever again.

Favorite furniture store!

We ordered 2 bedroom dressers on line. They match our headboard and side tables, previously purchased in store. We've purchased lots of furnishings from R&F over several years. Very nice products at a reasonable price
