In terms of protecting employees interest Randstad is the best and also with 50%50 chance of good pay, my experience so far with Randstad a say they Cares more about their employees than the few agencies I've been.

Useless Agency with useless recruiters
Useless people that are time wasters. The most unprofessional agency I have ever seen. The recruiters don’t care what so ever and they are not afraid to show it. Would never collaborate with them in the future to hire staff let alone look for a job through them.
