Frustrating
I am a bit appalled with the treatment we have been getting, it is really hard to get answers and the systems are super fragile and bad. All documents are in Italian for such an international project, it's not possible that I am the only person having issues. I am an experienced professional and I dont think I am getting treated as such.

Challenging
I came to Italy to work for Milano Cortina Olympics games with Randstad but the experience wasn't great the make travel on the 7th to my place of work even I didn't had the official document of the Italian tax code but I had the number. After I sent them the official document when I received the duplicate they told me that I won't be paid from 7th but from 15th of January while I was already working and I had expenses.
No communication, no support once you sign the contract they completely leave you by your own.
Oh the good part when your manager call them and they said to her to tell me to go back home oh yes sure 2500km away who's going to pay the ticket? Lucky that my manager was there to tell them that it wasn't correct what they were doing.
Be prepared when you start to work with Randstad Italia, of course not everyone is bad but this my experience with them
