I do not recommend them. Before joining them, I had 10 years of No Claims Discount (NCD); after two years with them, they are giving me an NCD certificate for 9 years because that’s their policy. It’s daylight robbery.

They are ripoff company. never trust them. i have been with them since 2021.
2021/22 - charged £250
22/23 - charged £330
23/24 - charged £450
24/25 - straight jumped to £1800 (never checked renewal) straight jump 400%
25/26 - now charging £2200 . it was my fault not checking the direct debit. but they have no explanation. simply told they have new insurance company . taking them to Financial ombudsman agency

Gwen was polite, friendly and very helpful. They dealt with me promptly and professionally - spending extra time to check things for me with the transfer of insurance from my previous car to my current car. She took pains to ensure everything was correct and that I was happy with the process.

As like most things these days, my policy is online. I needed to find some specific details within the policy to apply for a business parking permit, so I needed to call and ask about this.
I explained that all I could see was limited details when I looked at the "view policy" link and needed more detail.
I was treated like a daft school boy, very condescending telling me that she could see the details and I was wrong. I explaining that she was in a better placed position to see this as she worked for the company, she still more or less ridiculed me, then after feelign proud for making me feel small finally let me know that there are various other places, not so obvious, that link to the policy details. After finding this, downloading it, open the PDF and scrolling down 13 pages it was there, but even during this procedure I was being told that i was not looking in the right place, rather than actually guiding and helping me.
Very poor attitude and one that will see my renewals with another company in the future.
