AVOID BUYING A PHONE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
Ordered and paid for a phone 2 weeks ago.. still no phone. Requested a refund.. still no response. They do not answer phones and emails are automated..
very upset and disappointed as no longer want a phone from this company. Will keep hounding them for a refund.

As stated often in here, they sell phones without warranty - unreleased in Romania. They will look for any reason to cancel the warranty and not repair the phone. For a second opinion they will want to charge you.
I sent the phone to their service partner (SERVICE Return) to replace the display. They stick it with double-band tape and no warranty from there on. My advice: do not buy from them! Search other options! It was like i repared the phone in a garage.

They are absolutely dishonest people...
No Refund..No costumer Service...

My advice is not to buy! They sell phones without warranty - unreleased in Europe. They will look for any reason to to cancel the warranty and then make you pay.
I sent the phone to their partner service (SERVICE Return) to replace the glass that protects the camera. They canceled my warranty, sent it to me after 2 months UNREPAIRED and without any explanation.

Avoid this seller. Bought a smartphone from them, it came broken. Customer service is inexistent.

Worst aftersale service ever! I ordered Huawei Nova Prestige Gold, I received Huawei Nova Champagne! Had to wait 1 hour on hold, to reach them by phone! Nothing happened! Avoid seller at any cost!

Pathetic. There's no way to contact them. I ordered a phone from them and paid online, when the courier arrived he said i have to pay cash on delivery, after waiting almost two weeks for the phone. After calling one single phone number multple times and waiting hours , got to talk to someone and only after few days they solved the problems.

My advice do not buy
Bought aphone before Christmas from them End of November time.
Didn't turn up till two days before Christmas returned it as I'd already bought a new mobile phone thinking it wasn't going to show up.
Emailed them to cancel order a week before it arrived.
Curry is returned it to them they can resend it out on the fourth January.
Again I sent it back to refuse it I wanted my money back.

Haven't touched or even seen the phone keep returning it.
Telling me it's too late to cancel order now refusing to give money back I have to take them to Small Claims Court contacted trading standards

I ordered a tablet from them on Black Friday through emag. I got confirmation email and send. I then waited and waited, thinking that they must have been busy on black Friday. Then more than a month passed and I actually called quickmobile. After waiting for half an hour on the phone I decided to write them an email regarding my order.
They bluntly told me that they cancelled my order because they ran out of stock by the time they got to my order and I should have received the money. I did indeed receive the money back in the meanwhile, but I found it very unprofessional that I had to actually inquire about what happened to my order and they did not let me know instead.

Horrible experience with QuickMobile.ro. I ordered a product that appeared in stock on their site and after 2 weeks - time in which I sent them 3 separate messages through their customer support contact form, they never replied to - a lady calls me to let me know that they still can't deliver my product because they have problems with their end suppliers. She made me wait for another week without any certainty that I will receive my product.

They gave me a ~10 euros voucher that I could use in the next 30 days for purchases over 50 euros. I never felt more insulted. Why would I spend another cent with them ? :) Preposterous

I want to mention that I paid for the product online on the day I ordered it and now due to their lack of professionalism I'm having problems with accountancy for my company as I did not receive the invoice. Which apparently can't be issued until I get the product.

The product I ordered from them, appears to be in stock on their website in one of their stores, but they refuse to send it from their stores. To this day they never replied to my inquiries submitted through contact us.

Overall the experience is very disappointing and I recommend everyone to stay away from them since all their services, are disastrous. There are other companies out there that respect their customers and understand customer service, satisfaction and first of all, respect.

I never felt so ignored and insulted.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 on their website and a few days later I got a phone call saying that my order had been cancelled due to the product not being available anymore. That evening I placed a new order for a Note 4 again, this time through eMAG website for the same phone offered by Quickmobile. Estimated delivery time 7 days. 8 days later I tried to contact customer services to enquire about the status of my order. I spent 1hr 30mins trying to talk to them but couldn't get through. After sending them a few emails, 9 days later the supplier of Quickmobile called and I have been informed that there was a defective batch of Note 4s and they can't ship the product to me anymore.
Avoid doing business with Quickmobile. They have no idea how to do business!

I've ordered a smartphone from them a couple of weeks ago and waited 2 whole weeks for it to arrive, just to find out that I have to order the product from another store. Over the course of these 2 weeks I received no information whatsoever about my order or its status. I had to call emag almost everyday during the last 4 days or so to sort out this problem, and when they tried to reach out to QuickMobile they didn't even answer until 3 days later. They don't even have a phone number listed under the contact information on their site, which is incredible. I wasted 2 weeks waiting for my phone to arrive and as I had already told you, in the end I had to order it from somewhere else. Gladly emag helped me out and found me another offer for the smartphone I was looking for and I ended up buying that one, with a 28-48h approximate delivery time. Now I have to wait a few more days and hope that everything turns out alright. Hopefully people will see my review before thinking of purchasing from QuickMobile (Nothing quick about them though).

Salutations! QuickMobile sells items at a competitive price but offers the lowest possible after-sale services. I've had one phone bought from them, it broke three times in the last 5 months, last time it broke they refused to cover the warranty although there is nothing phisically wrong with the item.

I have to say I was a little worried about ordering from QuickMobile when I read some of the reviews, but I have to say I had a great experience. the phone I ordered came in a timely manor, their customer service was easy to work with and very friendly. The phone I ordered was an EU phone and had EU plug in's. QuickMobile included a US adaptor at no charge with my order. I also ordered a case which they did not have in stock but are scheduled to get it in next week. I will see if it is timely. At this oint I would recommend QuickMobile .
