Bought an Iphone on black friday. Ignoring the fact that you have to wait 9-10 days to process the order for a product that is in stock even at a supermarket, they’ve emailed me that the order has been canceled. So now I’ll have to buy the phone at full price. Such a lame shop

We ordered IPad Pro 13" M4 and we received IPad Air 13 Inch M2.

In addition to this, we ordered a keyboard and a pencil for the IPad pro. We have never received the keyboard but a retuned order was initiated and they took us the transport cost for returning the keyboard.

I bought a pair of one plus buds 3, they arrived but they were the chinese version (not fakes) luckily there isnt a difference between the chinese and global versions. they most likely buy the products of aliexpress at cheaper prices then sell it to you without specifying that those arent the global versions.

Avoid this site at all costs, the worst scammer in all of Romania and Europe. The delivery time is extremely long, and there's no customer support. I tried to contact them to cancel my order shortly after making the purchase, but they don't allow cancellations. Now, three weeks later, I'm still waiting for my money.

The business that needs to be threatened with ANPC to deliver the phones. No contact number.. in fact they have a robot with program from 8 to 18 or so which is giving you worse responses that google

No consumer support (with no possibility to call them, no answers on social media and limited responses on e-mail). Also, made a purchase, asked them to cancel it, and they continued to process it and even send the package to the location despite countless e-mail exchanges in which I have asked them to refund it. The only good thing about them is the fact that you can easily solve issues if you bring in ANPC and the police into the matter as they are mostly a scamming company.

The phones sold by this company are from non official source, so they have no official warranty. This company operates another website service-return.ro which handles the warranty for them, however they don't even have a phone number, reply to emails rarely and they do all they can to not honor returns or warranties at all.
I bought a ROG Phone 7 and ti was not specified the sell the Tencent version, which has 4G bands only for China, not Romania and now they won't accept the return.
It was cheaper than on an official channel, but I learned my lesson, a useless cheaper phone is more expensive than a working one from real seller.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this online market for anyone. Even though the price of the gadgets might seem as the best one you'll ever find, their catch is that they have a loooonnnnnggggg delivery time. I have 2 cases: back in aug. 2023, I ordered a pair of Beats earphones. I bought it on the 19th of August and it came on the 31st of August, in the case where they said on their site that the delivery will take 4 to 6 days. And the second case is that I recently bought an iPad on the 26th of December. I totally got the part that the delivery time will be delayed due to holiday season etc. etc. But even on the day that I'm writing, 5th of January 2024, the status of my bought product still remained: Confirmed. Please do not buy from this website if you want your parcel to come quick.

Worst experience I've ever had with a company. Lowest price on the market at times, fast delivery, almost looking original products. But do not be fooled by it. I bought a Samsung S21, supposedly waterproof and thought of as one of Samsung's best phones. It lasted me 3 months before it broke for good. First signs appeared with a very weak battery, but it seemed normal as other Samsung users have had the same problem. However, my phone was not waterproof at all. I was caught in the rain and 3 drops of water was all it took before the water warning happened and later on, its death. I stored it in rice and got it into a service as soon as I could. Once I was there, I was told the phone was broken into, and looked like all its interior was smashed, automatically meaning that the waterproof adhesive was never there in the first place. They managed to get it to turn on, but I will never be able to use that phone again. Lots of money wasted.
With the phone I also bought a fast charging charger from Samsung. While that still works, it does not stick into a phone as it should, and at times it doesn't even charge.
Very easy to say, I will never again order from them. And while I can't do anything about it anymore, I hope at least someone is saved by this review.
Worst experience of my life with a company which seemed trustworthy.

Ordered 2 products on Black Friday. I got two emails which say that the product is not in stock, but also one which confirms the order. no idea if I will ever get the product, but they charged my credit card already.

Wrote to them but no reply in 3 days, and their phone no. is just a calling machine with no choice to talk to a human.

Calling them on a phone listed on a company database to get an answer, they said the number was wrong and blocked me after a friend managed to talk to them.

The internet is filled with bad reviews and unfortunate scams with their service and warranties. AVOID!

Bought on 10th of November (Romania Black Friday) a Xiaomi pad 6 8gb 128rom tablet. 3 days later, i got an email which was saying that their suplier doesen't have the tablet and if they will not suply it to the store in 5 days, the order will get cancelled. I did not get the tablet, but i got my money back. Do not buy from this store, as they don't have any products in their warehouse.

Poor customer service: slow and evasive answers when you need support regarding the delivery;
Lack of responsibility: if something goes wrong with the delivery, they blame the couriers rather than taking the responsibility and finding a good solution for their customers;
The impression is that they either do not have enough employees or they have huge training issues;
Misleading information about the returning process.

Dont buy anything from them.
0 customer support, only a robot will tell you how to send a product for warranty.
After you do, they will come back after 1 week that your product is out of warranty because has 1 scratch (they make!!!)

The Airpods pro 2 bought from this online shop was fake. I purchased the airpods in july, and after i verified the serial no. they show that are activated from may. That was impossible because the box was new.
