Kyle twell from quickline came to install our Internet today he arrived around 2pm for our afternoon slot which was great! He explained everything to us and gave us lots of information! He helped us hard wire our son pc into our booster. 5 star service really pleased! Thanks again!

DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER IF YOU WANT SERVICE SUPPORT.
2 days of on/off internet. Off every 10 to 20mins for about 5 to 10mins... telephone relies on internet too as we have no cell coverage; so need to leave the house to call them!!!
Been on the phone for over 2 hours without any reply! I have tried all 3 numbers available and emailed via their website. NO REPLY. Their site says no issues, but other users have issues reported on FB.
Being without comms in the digital age is impossible, so DO NOT RELY ON Quickline.
UPDATE 07/07/26
Finally got through to Quickline technical support on Saturday 4th, not possible to test our connection remotely, and they committed to send an engineer on Friday the 10th, the earliest option. I arranged a days holiday.
When I read my personal emails last night I had an email response to my review and a direct email from Quickline customer support, which advised me that an engineer will visit today, Tuesday 7th! Does the right hand speak to the left? They also advised me that they had been unable to contact me by phone, however, I have no missed call, no sms, and no voicemail... draw your own conclusion.
To sum up, their customer and technical support communications are 1 star.

We had a few problems with our internet connecting to the sky and it dropping out so phoned quickline for an engineer to come out. Harrison S came out to it and my word what an amazing job he did. he went above and beyond anything we could of imagined to help with fixing the problem, was very professional while doing so. everyone in our household was iso impressed with how well he did and the effort he put in. what a credit to the company and himself!

This is my 2nd day with Quickline
They turned up on time and fixed the outside cable
There engineer Ben.s also turned up on time and finished off the installation and he left my house almost exactly as he found it (apart from a new cable)
So it's a great job so far

Very quick and professional service, the engineer Thomas Turnbull arrived as scheduled and explained the process very well before the install, very polite and informative and a credit to the business, the install only took an hour and now all connected up 👍

Service is very intermittent. Twice in past 10 days I've lost service. Today I am getting download and upload speeds of 0.86mb.
You look at service status and it says no issues detected. You try to call technical support but the phone isn't answered. Hours later the status is updated to faults covering my area.
As I utterly rely upon WiFi calling, as there is no network coverage from any phone supplier where I live, I am totally unable to make or receive calls nor use the Internet during these outages. I have to drive away from my house to try to contact quickline. I never had this issue with EE broadband at 76mb .
Not great. I would not recommend Quickline.

Josh H. did a fantastic job repairing our internet today. He arrived promptly, quickly identified and fixed the issue, and had us back online in no time. He was polite, friendly, and took the time to have a conversation rather than rushing off, which made the whole experience much more personal.
