Very poor experience and bad behavior of all the stuff they take from me 1500 aed and didn't block this amount and give it back after a lot of messages they return through western union less money beacose the rate was low...they are stealing money and made this very disappointing experience...don't rent from them even they are cheap ...

Long Wait, Empty Tank, Deposit Withheld
My experience with this rental company was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
The pickup was arranged as a “meet and greet,” yet I had to wait over an hour before receiving the vehicle. When the car was finally delivered, it had an almost empty gas tank, which was unacceptable and created immediate inconvenience at the start of my rental.
I also paid a security deposit using my credit card. After the rental ended, the company refused to return the deposit to the original form of payment and instead requested my bank account information. I was not comfortable sharing my banking details, as refunding to the original payment method is standard practice.
Because the deposit was not returned, I had to involve my credit card company. After reviewing the documentation, and after 3.5 months of waiting, I finally received my security deposit back.
The entire experience, from pickup delays to the deposit issue, was stressful and unprofessional. I will never rent a car from this company again, and I strongly encourage others to clarify all policies in writing before booking.

I was a repeat customer, but I will never use your company again or recommend it to others — something I had done in the past. The downgrade terms were not stated in the contract, yet you refused to refund the price difference.

Not receiving Refundable Security Deposit
We booked a car through DiscoverCars.com
Received the car on 21/12/2025 and made 2 payments - the balance for the car rental and the Refundable security deposit.
We returned the car on 28/12/2025
I am still waiting for a refund on my security deposit paid on 21/12/2025 (AED 1500)

No deposit back again
I booked for the second time with QuickDrive. The booking was through DiscoverCar choice so I didn't know which supplier it was, before the booking was done, otherwise I wouldn't have booked with them again. Anyway, I gave QuickDrive another chance and the experience was exactly the same as last time. The car and getting and returning the car was ok. But the customer support is slow and incomprehensible. After almost three months, I'm still waiting for my deposit back. Whenever I contact support, after a few days they say "sir, we are processing your payment it will come soon". More than a month has passed since they claim they have paid back the deposit, no sign of the money and no proper answer. Quickdrive has a systematic issue with deposit returns.

I rented a car from them twice
I rented a car from them twice. The first time everything was fine, but the second time they never returned the deposit. On WhatsApp they either say they will check and get back to me, and then never do, or they simply don’t respond at all.
I’m very surprised, this is extremely strange behavior. They could at least explain the reason or at least reply. I’m going to try filing a police report there.

Did not receive my deposit back
Did not receive my deposit back. I returned the car on 26 November, which is now 50 days ago. Despite frequent WhatsApp follow-ups, I was repeatedly told the refund had already been processed weeks ago. Nothing has been credited to my account. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
Other serious issues:
- Car pickup was chaotic: I was contacted at least 7 times by different staff members and had to resend my flight details repeatedly, creating uncertainty.
- The pickup staff member was extremely unfriendly, did not help with luggage, and did not speak at all.
- For a return scheduled between 4–5 AM, I was called at 1 AM, completely ruining my night before an early flight.
I do not recommend this company and would like to warn others that you will not get your deposit back.

AVOID! I was given a terrible car to start with and it cost me a further 4 hours to go back to them to change it. Not the best when you got a 2 year old with you. Dropping the car back was also a nightmare, I’m at the airport and no-one is aware that they need to collect the car. In the end i had to leave the key on the tyre and just leave to catch my flight. They don’t pick up whatsapp calls, so if you don’t have a local number you got no chance. No one knows what they are really doing. I then got a speeding fine which they asked me to pay online, only for them to go and charge my card as well! Been trying to get a refund is virtually impossible. They don't respond to any messages and keep asking me to come to the branch- I live in the UK 🙄 if you want a hassle free holiday, NEVER rent a car from here. I have reported to dubai police also. Frauds!

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. Hidden fees everywhere, rude staff, poor communication, and a car in bad condition. Nothing is explained clearly and the final price is much higher than what they advertise. Deposit return is slow and full of excuses. Easily the worst rental company I’ve dealt with in the UAE.
Avoid this place at all costs.

Dear all, the person who handed over the car was very late but remained friendly. He contacted someone by phone, though I don't know who this person is. Upon arrival, I called several numbers, but no one answered. The next day, two people brought a child seat that wasn't compatible with the car. You said afterward that I wasn't charged for it, but my wife spent the entire week sitting with a 1.5-year-old on her lap, which was anything but fun and certainly not safe. The two people who handed me the child seat gave me the manager's phone number. I immediately tried to contact him by phone and also sent an audio message, but received no response. So I was left to fend for myself until the day I handed over the car at Abu Dhabi airport. The person who received the car was very friendly and helpful. So I don't blame the people who delivered and picked up the car. But the people in charge at the office who didn't respond, and whom I therefore didn't see, and the manager who simply ignored me, are incompetent and unfriendly. I also find the 25 AED parking fee I had to pay for a car that arrived an hour and a half late highly unprofessional, and I haven't received it back. I maintain my opinion that you are unprofessional and unfriendly.

To be avoided!!!
The car was delivered with a lot of issues and they had to come to fix everything - meaning that the fleet is not well maintained at all!! And to get back the deposit it’s a challenge!!!

Worst car rental company ever.
I actually can’t write anything positive at all.
Firstly, the car they offered wasn’t available so tried to shaft me with a significantly cheaper alternative.
There is next to no organisation from that point. No indication as to where I should go for pick up or who I should contact. You just get a WhatsApp from a random number, no one you have previously communicated with, saying they are in the car park. No specifics, just “in the car park”.
Car broke down, left us without a car for nearly 24 hours. Ended up in contact with 6 different WhatsApp numbers all saying it was somebody else to resolve. It was comical. I explained that I had tried to jump start and it didn’t work, the battery was broke. They explained they were sending someone out. So I stay up late, what for this mystery person. All they did was try to jump start it…. When it didn’t work (as I said multiple times it wouldn’t) he just left. I randomly hear from them the next morning saying somebody, again no name or number given, will be in touch. Car is fixed. No apology. No discount offered. No alternatives. They were just annoyed that I was expecting them to fix it, as if I were the problem?
Nobody in the entire business is capable. Not one person. It’s a travesty they are still in business. DO NOT USE.
Just to add insult to injury they also haven’t returned the security deposit and ignore all messages, emails and calls in relation to it.
I cannot stress this enough DO NOT USE!!
