The cover I wanted was obtained at a good price.
However I found the changed process confusing and needed an email plus 2 phone calls to be certain I had actually bought what I wanted.
Clear information on NOT including the UK as standard on a policy being sold in the UK would be wise.
The restoring factor was the last service officer who answered all my questions.
Although I have had to screen save all my documents as how can I be certain you do not change those on my account AFTERWARDS?
No email copy or paper exposes the customer to unauthorised changes?

I originally gave this company a poor review.
When they asked me to reconsider it I upped their review.
Since then I have had nothing but irritating demands from Orchard their so called claims department. They are querying the invoice I submitted from Europcar. Do they think Im making a fraudulent claim?
I won't give up as they owe us over £500 but I warn anyone considering this insurance

Renewed again. Year 5 or more I think. Very reasonably priced and loyalty discount. Had to claim a few years ago and it was very straight forward. Much cheaper than using car hire companies excess insurance and covers everything you'd need. Would highly recommend!
