Apparently did a survey and received a check in the mail. Was very excited about it but when it came to cash the check I got very disappointed because I was not able to cash it anywhere. Now that the check cashing place not at the credit union and not mobily on my phone. I've emailed them several times asking for help on how to cash the check and also send a PayPal link for them to send my payment. I received no response and it's been about a week and I still haven't been able to cash the check anywhere.

Do not do there surveys this my 3rd time doing there long music surveys 600 plus music songs I had to listen to took me 3 whole days and hours to finish I have email them over 50 times and they still ain't paid me why we got to wait to get paid I listen to all them sorry songs and rated them every time I do there music survey they never pay me I have to hassle them to get my chump change truly they should be paying 600.00 for listening to all that music but they only want to pay a measly 30 bucks for wasting all my time now check this out they ain't replying to none my emails nor have they paid me they are scam crap trash!!!!!!! These folks are shady they have a contact number it's just a bot like everyone else have I couldn't take to a real person or get any information just a machine repeating the same thing over and over and I email them everyday because I want my money for listening to those 600 plus songs they never reply back to me keep on doing what I do till they pay me

I did a 2-week research for a body wash. Then I asked the people who emailed me about the research the schedule for payment, and they said to ask Quest. I asked for the contact information is below, and they just ignored me. A time for tea 77 at eye cloud dot com. Collaboration for class action lawsuit. Also put them on blast at every research and survey platform.

They refuse to take accountability. They make promises about paying you incentives which they don't even after the 4-6 weeks have long gone and after contacting them multiple times. This company should be investigated by the FTC and any relevant authorities. I am owed $45+ of unpaid incentives from them. The latest experience is that they wasted my time on a 90+ minutes survey listening to samples of music, ridiculous because it actually takes more than 100-110 minutes, and despite the crummy low paid incentive through the survey channel we got the invite from, they do not honor their promise of additional incentives ! I do not recommend anybody do ANY surveys through them, music study or other, avoid them. I am in the process of building a legal case against them for failure to pay for service rendered.

I want to give them less than half a star. I did a 2 hour interview in beginning of April. I was promised a $45 gift card and it’s nearly May and they have not paid me. I email them they give me the run around and now they won’t respond. A woman named Kristen Ligon who emailed me in taking part in it kept on telling me oh they’re just finishing up studies. Still nothing. Look at your horrid rating quest mindshare. Do better. SCAMMERS!

Very bad site, it is fake 😞😞 my 2 hours loses.

Like the previous review, I spent 2+ hours on a music survey. I did receive a check but I found out today that banks won’t take them! Waste of time, misleading and most importantly, you don’t get paid.

I I've been waiting since November 16 th 2024 it's January 4th 2025 still waiting for payment,

Spent two hours taking a survey never received payment even after waiting 6 weeks have called and emailed and never received a resolution and it’s been over 6 weeks. Keep being emailed the same thing again and again but they never solve the issue

A complete waste of time. Asks questions that take a long time to fill out and then almost always bumps you. An automatic deletion for me and many others.

I did a 2 hour music survey that I thoroughly enjoyed and they did exactly what they said they would do.they take time to pay because they review your survey..they paid 30$ so I don't b;lame them for the review but they did pay me!!!

if you do qmee don't waste your time with this company!! dont even do the qualifiers. exit out!

Survey results didn’t come up for me to complete. It shows an error page stating “page requested doesn’t exist”

The absolute worst in prescreening. All the same over and over, NEWSPAPER, where you live, what do you read and then always get kicked out. NEVER have gotten beyond the screening. So tired of the same old questions over and over and over. Unfortunately I would bet they never read these reviews or things might change.

Those of us that hove done surveys, all know the ridiculousness of Quest Mindshares qualifying questions.

Well, they have reached a new high in stupidity.

One of their latest surveys wants to know what 90-6
equals.

Their list of options are ALL incorrect. There is no 84 in the list of answers, so it is impossible to qualify for that particular survey.

UPDATE: It only took them 3 weeks to fix it. It now contains the correct answer.

I completed a music survey, and I received a check for $25. Unfortunately, my bank said that it comes up as a "foreign item". After my bank initially deposited the check, they quickly took the money back.

I participated in a paid product testing. Completed the study and follow up survey on August 16th, 2023. Compensation for the study was a $40 Amazon gift card that I still have not received almost 2 months later. I received a $3.00 tango gift card. I have contacted the BBB.org twice and they stated they sent the gift card which they have not. They make it hard for you to be compensated. I was in contact with someone from their organization and when I kept inquiring about compensation they stopped replying altogether. I will never participate in another study with them.

Spent many hours doing a 'music survey' for them and they mailed me a check that I cannot cash in the US because it is a Canadian check and no bank, credit union, or check cashing store will accept it. I initially enjoyed the survey and thought the compensation was fair, but it turns out the compensation isn't valid in my country! I will update this review if the company reaches out and compensates me in a way that the US will accept, as the survey itself was unique and interesting.
