They do not pay and there is no customer support

I cashed out £4.32 on Monday, April 6th, and was told it would take 1-2 business days. It has now been over 10 days and the status is still "Processing." I have checked my PayPal and nothing from SocialLoop has arrived. I have emailed support multiple times and received zero response. This app was good at first, but now feels like a fraud.

Garbage and keeps getting worse the more they update it. Now you'll do dang near every survey and won't get credited for either. You'll do task they say install and open. You'll do that and get nothing. Scam likely

It’s a legit app, I’ve been paid multiple times while using it with virtual gift cards. However, lately weird messages have been popping up saying surveys were returned and my account is at risk of losing features. Some surveys break and don’t pay when you get to the end, but this has only happened very rarely to me.

7 days pending my ticket #680324 no response. I am waiting on $22:12 across survey pop and survey spin . My ID is verified. I have a processing email from last Monday . Support is ghosting me . Please release my funds.For survey spin and survey pop please . # 678194. Thank you.

I just joined today and did three surveys in a row and was not given credits for them.

I am owed £37 buy this company not one payment made to myself their customer service is none existed they claim contact within one day that day must be the 12th of never without a doubt they are scammers and there should be a way of forcing payment what they are doing is surely illegal stay well away from this site or you too will be taken for a ride and spend hours needlsy

Customer support is unresponsive and they won't reply you even if you are a priority member! My payment has been held for over 2 weeks now, I haven't gotten it yet!

I really don't know how to rate this app, but I played it last year and it was a really good app to play. My only concern is that after reading all of the comments, I'm afraid to cash out because they are asking for sensitive information like my ID and they didn't ask for that last year. So I'm not going to give them my information cause it seems like a waste of time according to these comments about them not paying out after you have done enough surveys to cash out. I'm glad that I read all of it comments before I uploaded my ID and I'm done with them and deleting this app.

Information/paid survey scam, unpaid surveys, this company should be ashamed of themselves. They steal information, ones time and dedication and don't take any feedback but pretend it doesn't happen. This is the same company that owns Eureka who believe it or not is even more dishonest. The closer you get to payout minimum is when they really start taking the info and shutting the survey down,"closed,"without payment. This should be illegal. Neither eureka nor surveypop change this problem or try to address these issues. Do not upload your ID, any more you should trust them to pay you.

Survey Pop 💯 legitimate paid survey site!

I have cashed out and checked my PayPal email so many times and it’s correct but some how I don’t have the money I made and it’s been the day it said would arrive into my bank.

They refuse to pay out and they never respond to emails. I cashed out $13 and they said they had to approve it. I waited 2 weeks and they never approved it. I contacted them via email and they never responded. I emailed the CEO and they finally responded, asked for my transaction ID, then canceled the pending payout and never responded again. Apple deletes all my negative reviews of them, so use their TrustPilot score, not their app store score!

Downloaded Survey Pop, completed some offers, months went by, and I got a new number. Completed some more offers in the app, and then when I tried to cash out, it wanted to verify through my old phone number. Have seen no way to update in the app. Sent an email over a week ago to support, and sent another email yesterday. I have received no response at all to help me update my number, so I have been unable to cash out.

I’ve had SurveyPop downloaded on my phone for several months now. In all that time, I’ve only been able to cash out $6—maybe twice at most. The app is painfully slow to help you reach the payout threshold.

Once, I did have the opportunity to earn $60, but it required completing an extremely long survey that asked me to categorize songs to the appropriate radio stations. This took several hours spread over a few days to finish.

Unfortunately, most of the other surveys are either broken or misleading. They often string you along until near the end, only to screen you out without compensating anything. Overall, it’s a frustrating experience and not worth the time.
