Absolutely loving my Qettle boiling tap. Hot water on demand is a game changer.
Makes daily life just that bit easier, and tea soooooo muck quicker.

Really like the tap, which arrived quickly. Nice design and great having everything in 1 tap! The kettle is back in the cupboard. Also mention support which has been good too.

The ordering process was simple, and the tap arrived promptly, packaged securely and very well protected. It has now been installed for a few weeks, and we absolutely love it! The quality is excellent, it looks fantastic in our kitchen, and it has performed flawlessly. It’s superb value for money and easily on a par with much more expensive brands. We couldn’t be happier with our Qettle and would highly recommend it.

Have had my Qettle tap for about 2 years. I recently had an issue with the boiler and the customer care/service was excellent. The problem was very quickly and efficiently dealt with. I would highly recommend both the product and the company. Many larger companies do not provide the service I found here. 10/10

Love that it’s very hot but hate the spitting. Wouldn’t let an older child use it ever.

We were recommend Qettle by a friend and having had other hot water taps we were not sure but gave it a try and what a fantastic piece of kit.

Self installed following the helpful instructions and youtube videos and its been brilliant and true boiling water!!!

We use it to hot water to and so have the blender fitted for year round instant hot water in the kitchen! Brilliant!

Installation was fine with my bit of plumbing experience. The kit contained everything needed, apart from a tap spanner to remove the old tap (screwfix had one). All the pipes and fittings are labelled, and the instructions clearly explain it all. Once installed we just got on with the convenience. We don't own a kettle, as there's simply no need - even for brewing tea, and having one tap over the sink for hot, cold filtered and boiling is such a good idea. We've had a Qettle at three houses over the years and wouldn't have anything else.
(I had a look at Qooker once, but these are three times as expensive, and annual maintenance looks very complicated and expensive.)

Title: Serious Product Failure Ignored, No Response to Two Letters

I am appalled by Qettle’s customer service. After a dangerous failure of their boiler, involving fire, burn‑through, and flooding, I submitted two formal letters. Both times I was assured I would receive a response within 48 hours. Both times, nothing.

For a company to ignore a safety‑related incident of this magnitude is unacceptable. Their failure to communicate, investigate, or even acknowledge the issue speaks volumes. I would strongly caution others based on my experience.

Funny how a negative review prompts a response on this platform!

I have had the qettle for a few years now. It's great. Does the job. Could be slightly hotter.
Had a few issues and the customer service has been excellent.
They have sent out replacement items when needed free of charge and when my last tap was leaking they sent a new tap and even reimbursed me for plumber costs to fit it.
Don't think I have ever had such good customer service from a company so 5 star review from me.

I CANNOT FAULT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AS THEY RESPOND VERY WELL, BUT UNFORTUNATELY I AM GOING TO BE ON MY THIRD MODEL IN THREE YEARS AS THE FIRST TWO ONLY LASTED ABOUT A YEAR BEFORE A FAULT DEVELOPED WHICH SHORTED MY CIRCUITS. I WAS ADVISED TO PUT A SURGE PROTECTOR ON THE PLUG LAST TIME THIS HAPPENED BUT THIS HASNT SORTED THE ISSUE OUT, UNFORTUANTELY. I DESCALE AND REPLACE FILTERS AND DO NOT HAVE HEAVY USE AS I LIVE ON MY OWN. THE COMPANY DOESNT KNOW WHY THIS KEEPS HAPPENING. THEY ARE RESPONSIVE AND SEND ME A REPLACEMENT (AS THERE IS A TWO YEAR WARRANTY) BUT IT IS DISAPPOINTING THAT IT KEEPS DOING THIS AFTER ABOUT A YEAR. DONT GET ME WRONG - BEFORE THE FAULT AND IT BURNING OUT, IT WORKS WELL WITH ONLY A MINOR ISSUE OF A BIT OF SCUM BUT I AM IN A VERY HARD WATER AREA, BUT THE ELECTRICAL ISSUE IS THE REASON FOR DROPPING TWO STARS. IF IT DIDNT DO THAT, I WOULD GIVE 5. IT SEEMS TO BE A RARITY SO MAYBE IT IS AN ANOMALY, BUT SEEMS ODD THAT I KEEP GETTING ONES THAT BURN OUT AFTER A YEAR.

Bought this last year but only just installed as my new kitchen has just been fitted. Plumber found it very tricky to install, but got it sorted eventually and we love it! We’ve had demonstrations of another well known ‘Q’ brand tap - and I have to say that Qettle is every bit as good for half the price! Bonus that it is British made as well and great quality - have no doubt it will last for years

Not sure I’m happy with the performance of the boiler and the quality of the water that comes out, leaves a scum on the drinks and cups.

I called up as the sump was leaking from the join, the chap who answered wasn't sure of when the original order was placed, and even after I had said probably over 2-3 years ago, said 'that doesn't matter, lets try the simplist fix first, if that doesnt work, call back and we'll take it from there', sent out an FOC greased o-ring, which fixed the problem. Great customer service and customer focused approach which means I'll enthusiastically recommend qettle to others. PS the tap is awesome too, and hated using an actual kettle again for 2 days.
