I always thoroughly research a medication before I use it. It’s very reassuring when you can get what you need without being treated like you are asking for something outrageous. It seems many heal... See more

Quick and easy
The dr’s are wonderful. It’s an easy process with fast responses. I highly recommend
Highly recommend
Highly recommend, prompt response time. Pat Monroe was our provider, she is awesome!!
Very Deceptive!
Very Deceptive!! Paid 75$ in total for my visit plus prescription! Sure I got my prescription filled the same day but it was NOT the amount I wanted! it was for the least amount of pills they could prescribe! Smh. I was better off waiting a week until I see my family doctor to have her write the prescription for me at a fraction of the cost!
I was hesitant to use an online dr but…
I was hesitant to use an online dr but I am pleasantly surprised. My doctor has been thorough and invested time and effort. I found Push Health to be cost effective.
Had a wonderful experience using Push Health
Had a wonderful experience using Push Health and the Dr. that they recommended, Anna Yoder. She listened to my description of what was happening and what medication I was requesting and acted upon it quickly. The whole process from starting the dialogue to getting the medication was not more than 5 or 6 hours. That was excellent with the state that healthcare is in today. Dr.Yoder was kind and compassionate and took care of me right away. Can't say that for our local doctors and will definitely be using her again if I need a refill or if anything else comes up in the future. Good job Push Health and Dr. Anna Yoder!
“Bedside” manner? Absolutely NOT!
I was assigned a DR here in my home state (AR). He started off ok I guess then throughout the process he was very annoyed I kept asking questions. My ins will pay for ozempic but not others. His reply was “I sent it but you need to pay 25 for PA fee & they won’t fill it unless your type 2. 😳 Then what’s the point exactly? Other than getting my money.
Absolutely loved working with Nicole…

PUSH IS FALSE ADVERTISING
I paid a $69.99 fee to sign up for Push as I had a RX I wanted to fill. They "promise" to have the RX fulfilled with efficiency and without any issues. The nurse practitioner who was assigned to me did not address me personally or have any empathy at all. She basically sent me a long quick text outlining how the situation would work. She would not give me a prior authorization and told me to go to a compound pharmacy, which I do not feel comfortable with as it is not FDA approved and I do not know what substances goes into the drug. When I told her I was not comfortable with this, she canceled my RX. So now I am out $$, the RX and a doctor.
It is a scam!!
I agreed to $69.99 then the provider sent an incomplete prescription to the pharmacy and demanded and additional $100 to complete it. The provider was very rude and unprofessional in the messages sent to me in the app.
Great Service
Great experience have used these people for a few years now
My new dentist wouldn't give me…
My new dentist wouldn't give me antibiotics for my tooth infection but would give me pain killers, I don't do pain killers. Push Health had my prescription in my hands in 45 mins whilst I wait for my periodontist appointment for one month in a lot less pain!! Thank you so much!!!
Does not deliver life saving services!
I paid for a prescription of Paxlovid for my 90 year old husband with COPD. After 3 days of back and forth it was never received by my Pharmacy. I went to customer service & they told me to check out the CVS Fax system for errors in their system 2 days later. As if it was CVS's fault. Five days wasted. If I'd waited on them, the 5 day effectiveness limit of this drug would have expired. I had to take him to the ER to get the drug. Do NOT use this service!!! After I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I heard from them and am waiting for a refund. It's not about the money! My husband could have been hospitalized and died! He may still. In that event(s) I will sue the pants off of these fraudsters and am urging the BBB to take legal action. Keep your loved ones safe, do not ever use Push Health.
Very Good Experience
Dr. Jerwanda Johnson reviewed my medical records and prescribed the appropriate medication. She sent my prescription to the pharmacy immediately. I received text messages and emails informing me of each step in the process. I had no problems getting my prescription filled. It was ready at the pharmacy the next morning. I will definitely use Push Health again.
Never use them
Never use them. They charge you $79.99 every month and will never write for more than one refill at a time. I reached out to them for 3 weeks trying to get them to fill out a pre authorization form with no response. then after charging me twice went and deleted my account. This company is awful! Do t use them

Great service and reliable I used twice…
Great service and reliable I used twice and they were very helpful, I recommend it and will use it again
This is a scam.
This is a scam.
They WILL send through a prescription for the medication you choose under the pretense of being an online medical provider, however they will not provide recommendations to your insurance. You'll pay $69 up front to speak to one of their prescribing doctors then they will send a prescription to your pharmacy and will also charge you another $169 for diagnostic labs - even if you have insurance they will not take it.
When my pharmacy and I asked them to follow up with insurance they "discharged" me as a patient and also deleted our thread of messages. Thank fully I held back from paying them for the labs until I could guarantee that my insurance would cover my medication (pharmacy said it would cost MORE than $1000 where Push Health said it would cost only the co-pay with insurance and $500 without).
