I cannot speak highly enough of Marc Pacifico and the entire team at Purity Bridge.

Deciding to undergo facial surgery is a significant step, and after extensive research I chose Marc because I was looking for a surgeon whose results enhanced a person's appearance while still looking entirely natural. From my very first consultation, I felt reassured that he understood exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to look like myself, but better, and his approach reflected that from the outset. Marc’s calm and reassuring manner immediately inspired trust and made what could have been a daunting decision feel far more comfortable.

Marc is warm, approachable and highly skilled. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and the care he took at every stage of the process. I always felt that he was fully invested in achieving the best possible outcome for me.

As my recovery has progressed, I have come to appreciate just how important good aftercare is. Like many patients, I have had questions and occasional concerns along the way, and whenever I have reached out I have been met with kindness, honesty and reassurance. One thing that stood out to me throughout the process was the continuity of care. Despite his busy practice, Marc continued to take a genuine interest in my recovery, and I always felt comfortable raising any questions or concerns.

Although I am only weeks post-surgery and still healing, I feel incredibly well looked after. Whenever I have needed advice or an appointment, the team has been welcoming and responsive. Marc has been realistic and honest about the healing process, which has helped me manage my expectations and approach recovery with confidence. Throughout my experience, I have felt supported and reassured every step of the way.

Having now been through the experience, I have an even greater appreciation for the precision, dedication and expertise required to achieve results that appear so effortless.

Despite still being in the early stages of healing, my scars are already barely noticeable and the results are excellent. The changes are refined, subtle and completely in keeping with my own features. From the outset, my goal was never to look dramatically different, but simply refreshed and more confident. Even at this stage, I can already see meaningful improvements that feel entirely natural, and I am beyond happy with the outcome so far.

The entire team at Purity Bridge also deserves special recognition. Every interaction, whether in person, over the phone or via email, has been warm, courteous and caring. Everyone I encountered made me feel welcome and valued as a patient. It is clear that patient care is at the heart of everything they do.

I was recommended to see Marc Pacifico @ Purity Bridge by a friend back in 2020.
After a 5 stone weight loss & years of procrastinating on the back of my friends recommendation & experience I booked a consultation to discuss a Breast reduction.
Immediately Marc put me at ease and I felt 100% safe in his hands. On the back of that consultation I booked my surgery for 6 months time.
My surgery was a day surgery at Purity bridge.
From arrival all the staff were caring, kind and reassuring. My surgery went well and I went home that same evening. I recall Marc even calling me later at home to check I was ok.
Post Op the aftercare was outstanding, any questions were answered quickly, the option to email in photos if you had any worries and be followed up with a call from one of the nurses was great and went a long way to addressing any issues that popped up along the way.
The whole team at Purity Bridge are friendly and supportive and get to know you as your journey progresses.
18 months after my Breast surgery I went on to have an Abdominoplasty, again with Marc. This was a bigger procedure and a longer recovery. The surgery involved an overnight stay at the local Nuffield but again the support from the Purity Bridge team was faultless.
I'm now 2.5years post breast reduction and 1 year post abdominoplasty.
I cant stress strongly enough how life changing the surgeries have been, I am so grateful to Marc, after losing weight my breast reduction took me from a 36GG to a 36C and my Abdominoplasty removed a "shelf" of loose skin across my tummy & hips. I now have a shape I can look at in the mirror and not just cover up every morning.

I can’t fault my experience here from start to finish. I did so much research before my surgery and felt before visiting that I would be in safe hands with Mr Pacifico. I travelled from Manchester for major surgery that has changed my life - my pre and post surgery care was excellent, I’ve healed so well and with no complications and not once questioned my decision.

I had a faultless experience from start to finish with my surgery and couldn’t recommend this clinic more highly. The whole process was incredibly supportive and professional. There were lots of thoughtful touchpoints along the way, and I always felt fully informed about what was going to happen. The level of transparency and communication really put me at ease. And of course, I’m absolutely delighted with the result of the surgery itself. The outcome is even better than I had expected.

I also want to specifically mention the post-op lymphatic drainage massage (sometimes done with gentle vibration/Endermologie-style treatment). I can’t recommend this enough. Not only did it really help with healing and swelling, but it was also so reassuring to have a regular weekly check-in after surgery. The therapist who did the treatment was incredibly experienced in post-surgical healing and scar care, and she was always able to answer my questions as things progressed.

Overall, the end-to-end experience was exceptional. I truly couldn’t speak more highly of the team and the care I received.

Marc Pacifico is a fantastic surgeon with a great manner to make you feel comfortable and asks what you would like to achieve from his surgery. I was very pleased with his results with a very natural finish and he talks through everything with you from start to finish. From my very first consultation with Marc at Purity Bridge, I was extremely impressed by his professionalism. He took so much time and genuine care to explain all the different options available to me, and I immediately knew I would be in the best possible hands for my breast implant removal and uplift procedure. Marc and his team have made my new transformation a real breeze from start to nearly complete. I have never come out of an operation and the next day needed no painkillers or felt so good. My breast augmentation with uplift with Marc (after waiting 5 years for my breasts to fully settle from my previous breast implant surgery removal) was worth the wait. My sister in law recommended me to Marc Pacifico Purity Bridge for breast reduction. From the moment I stepped through the door I knew I was in safe hands. Marc welcomed me and my husband upon arrival and straight aware you felt like you had know him for years. He made you feel at ease and explained the procedure very thoroughly. The amount of time spent before and after surgery was equally pleasant. Went back again for the “dog ears” to be taken off whilst awake first time for me but Marc put me at ease talking me through the whole procedure with little jokes in between. I am so pleased with the outcome come of my surgery and feel at young 60 year old. Thank you all at Purity Bridge will miss seeing all your lovely smiling faces.

From consultation to after care follow ups Marc and the team at Purity Bridge have been amazing. I was young at 18 to have a breast enlargement and it was a big thing to consider but my first consultation was very thorough and Marc answered all my questions. Mark is an amazing surgeon ! I had old implants removed and augmentation with a lift. From my initial consultation, Mark filled me with lots of confidence and explained everything very well. The day of surgery run really smoothly. The after-care team were amazing and the after-care visits to the clinic were also handled very well all in all it was a five star service. I'm very pleased with the outcome of my surgery, but what really stands out is the care and attention that Marc shows to his patients throughout their journey, from initial contact right through to the final post-operative check-up. I had two face-to-face meetings plus a video call prior to my operation, and these were really helpful in deciding exactly what we would seek to achieve. Marc's enthusiasm for his work and friendly, open style mean the process feels collaborative rather than intimidating. Highly recommended!

I wanted to have my 25-yr-old breast implants removed and was worried that the result, at my age in particular, (late 50s) might not be great. I met with Marc after meeting a few other London surgeons, and knew he was the right surgeon. He listened and he was honest and frank about what was achievable. He also gave me some good pre-operative advice. My surgery (just over a year ago) went very well and the team were exemplary from pre-op through all my post-op visits. They were available when I called or needed to come in and I felt valued as a patient. But the real test of a good surgeon and team are when things don't quite go as planned and a rare complication arises which did happen to me after nearly 6 weeks post-op. Due to some scarring from surgeries done 25 years ago, I had a complication which required me to come back to the team quite urgently. Everyone was amazing. I had full access both by phone and in- person to the nurses and Marc throughout. And even though the issue seemed to be resolved Marc offered to have me back in theatre to go in and be absolutely certain, which he did. Again the team were amazing and it was all done quickly and with utmost professionalism and care. This all involved a great deal of time and care from the team which I'm very grateful for and am certain might not have been the case at a private hospital. I continued my visits post-op until Marc was completely happy with the result (he even did small tweak again recently to improve the scar). Surgery is risky and complications can happen even under the best of the best surgeons, so its especially important to choose a surgeon and a team you feel confident will support and see you through any circumstance. And I feel 100% confident in Marc and his team. Despite my complication I am 100% happy that I did the surgery and my
result is even better than I had hoped. I know i would not have had this level and generosity of care anywhere else. Thank you to Marc and the whole team.

I am a 30y/o woman who had a breast reduction by Marc Pacifico in October 2024 and couldn't be happier with the result. It was my first surgery of any kind and I was understandably quite scared about going ahead with the procedure. Not only is Marc highly skilled and knowledgable, but also incredibly compassionate and honest with me about any concerns and questions I had. He ensured that my expectations were realistic and that I had considered all of the pros and cons of the procedure before going ahead.
On the day of the surgery, I felt safely looked after and reassured not only by Marc but also by the anaesthetist, multiple nurses, and other Purity Bridge staff. Pre and post surgery, the nurses at Purity Bridge were very helpful and friendly, and were happy for me to get in touch post-surgery and pop into the clinic whenever I had a concern, no matter how minor.
I'm incredibly happy with the result of my surgery, having had a moderate-significant reduction. Marc was keen to work with me to determine my ideal size and shape, wanting to understand my reasons for getting the surgery, though always with a sensible reminder that the outcome of breast surgery can't always be exactly precise. I now feel so much more at home in my body and I know that I will be grateful to have gone through with this procedure for the rest of my life!
