my dog had to have a big knee operation in June, i have been a customer with purely pets since she was born 4 years ago, i did make the mistake of stopping and starting my policy but i still have always been a good customer, and they didn't pay out, so no i'm not happy and don't really see the point in having insurance because you will always find a reason not to pay out.

We phoned Purely Pets for a quote for a policy for our dog!
The gentleman whom we spoke to was very helpful, knowledgeable and very good at explaining everything, patient and understanding.
We took out the policy there and then as the quote was very reasonable compared with lots of other companies. Would highly recommend Purely Pets

Absolutely absurd prices
Absolutely absurd prices. My annual premium for my Jack Russell Terrier has gone up by 29% to £522. This is despite never making a claim and other than some analk gland issues when he was pup a clean bill of health. These companies are taking advantage of us and they wonder why so many end up needing rescue, people just cant afford it. £522/year insurance for a dog that cost £160. Disgusting!!!
