Disgraceful
I have just read the other reviews. It’s just a roller coaster of misery for customers. It’s nothing short of a scam with a suit on.
The poor paying customer who is aggrieved receives nothing more than a generic email response.
Dreadful organisation. Shop elsewhere or put the premium into a tin and cancel the policy.

Was an easy experience making a claim, just frustrating that my dogs operation wasn’t fully covered and had to pay out a lot of money even though we had good cover.

Very understanding and patient call handler, had to notify the death of my boy Louie. They were sympathetic and gave me time when I got upset then helped me to renew my other dogs policy.

after shopping around for a price on…
after shopping around for a price on pet insurance the quote came back a lot cheaper than my existing pet insurance policy by £150 and the cover was substantially higher in respect of vet limit.

Claim process good
Have had to make a couple of claims and they are easy to fill out claim forms and received payment quickly with no issues.
Price of plan is good and have been with purely pets a while but obviously once your pet reaches a certain age and you make a claim the plan increases quite a bit and youre stuck if it’s an existing condition as its Not covered with another provider, however this will be the case with most insurance providers .
