Temperatures/air con in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers! It was a peaceful and welcoming experience. I had thought it would be much more daunting than I imagined since I haven't worked out in a long time. I love the female area of the gym.

Locker thief girl & conveniently absent staff
I'm a new member. Just the third day today and my locker padlock gets tampered with by a girl. I saw her moving my locker padlock around as I was on the rowing machine opposite. I thought the girl was confused but as soon as I shouted Excuse Me, she left! I still did not suspect theft till at end of session after an hour, I found that my padlock code had been completely changed _ she was trying out all combinations! How disturbing! There was no member of staff around to report it to in the gym. I told another gym user lady who kindly got up and we both knocked at many doors to report the attempted crime. I emailed straightaway but no one responds. I wanted them to check CCTV then & there, but not a single staff member could be found. I have emailed an hour ago to Pure Gym but no response. They should put up a sign 'thieves operate here'. Now I will go tomorrow and try speaking to staff. But what a waste of time and peace!

Whilst we understand your frustration in regard to this matter, as detailed within our gym rules which are agreed to upon membership commencement:
• Members are solely responsible for their own belongings when visiting PureGym. PureGym accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to property.
If you would like to discuss this further so this can be investigated, please speak to your Gym Manager directly during staffed hours (typically Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm), or contact our Member Services team via email or social media DM and they will be back in touch as soon as they can.

I am finding the App super annoying
I am finding the App super annoying. It is not accepting my PIN, is it because my membership officially kicks in from 02/06 ? Not pleased at the moment !!

The worst possible gym so far
The worst possible gym so far. This gym does not have any equipment at all except some weights and old cardio machines. I have never seen a gym this filrthy. Machines are cleaned once a year maybe. Smells sweaty allover the place. Changing room stinks. Maybe they got stuck in the evolution 30 years back.
