I placed an order about a month ago and…
I placed an order about a month ago and they send it to a wrong delivery address. The delivery company does not want to change the delivery address because I am not their client and Puckator did not manage to change the delivery address from their end and they are not particularly interested in sending a different order with the same products. They are waiting for this parcel to return to them to re-send it. Unfortunately it's not looking like anything is going to happen anytime soon. The parcel is still blocked at the delivery station with the initial wrong address for almost 3 weeks now.

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with.
Excellent customer service and smooth delivery of my order.
I've previously used Puckator UK who were fantastic to deal with but I needed to be able to avoid the complexities of BREXIT.
First time to use their new NL depot - will definitely be ordering from them again.

Great company to order from, quality of products are fantastic.
Their customers service is fantastic and they go above and beyond to help with any questions no matter how small it is, they are very friendly and super helpful. Would definitely recommend Puckator and their fantastic customer service team, by far the best customer service I’ve used.

Het spijt ons dat u niet geheel tevreden bent.
We hebben de levertijd nagekeken om te zien of er iets niet goed is gegaan van onze zijde. Onze gemiddelde levertijd voor standaard bestellingen is 5 tot 8 werkdagen en 2 tot 3 werkdagen voor prioriteitbestellingen. U heeft op 13 oktober een standaard bestelling geplaatst die in de avond is betaald. De volgende dag, 14 oktober is uw betaling verwerkt en uw bestelling doorgestuurd naar het magazijn voor status uitzoeken/inpakken. Het pakket is daarna op 16 oktober bij ons vertrokken en volgens de tracking is het pakket op 20 oktober door u ontvangen. De totale levertijd vanaf betaling is daarmee 5 werkdagen en dat is wat we normaliter ook verwachten van onze pakketten.
Misschien dat u het niet wist maar u kunt de status van de bestelling intern bij Pucaktor volgen via uw online klantenaccount en, zodra het pakket bij ons vertrekt, kunt u de status via het trackingnummer volgen naar uw adres in Nederland. Mocht u een tracking nummer niet gekregen hebben, controleer dan ook even het spam filter van uw email programma. Het komt voor dat klanten daar emails van ons vinden.
Hopelijk helpt dit voor toekomstige bestellingen. Mocht u nog vragen hebben, stel ze gerust aan klantenservice@puckator.nl
