Update: I have received my order and it is as described on their website. I will not be updating my star review as the customer service needs to be over hauled.

The necklace chain length is definitely much shorter than what I ordered, so i have to go buy another one seperately somewhere else.

The product on screen look bigger but in real it’s very small
