Just encountered one of this company's vans on the M42. Aggressive driving, ignored speed limit, weaving dangerously through other vehicles. Doesn't speak well of the company and their staff

Excellent service from PSV Glass - Five Star service

Managed to pick-up a small stone chip on the windscreen of our motorhome, the screen is very large and the van is nearly 30 years old.

The Insurance company nominated Auto Windscreens who came out and said because it was created by two impacts we'd need a complete new screen. Their fitter was honest and said they would struggle to get one - this was on Friday morning.

Contacted PSV, Friday afternoon. They contacted Auto Windscreens and sorted everything, fitting on following Monday.

PSV contacted me on Saturday morning to say a slot had become free and could they fit the new screen, which they did.

So, less than 24 hours after contacting PSV they had replaced the windscreen - to me that's an outstanding level of customer service.

Windscreen in all sorted attention to detail fantastic.
My trim above the screen no longer stuck on close to screen and only held on by screen rubber, once screen was in back in they refitted the trim back for me.
Spot on Job

Abysmal customer service. I needed a specialist windscreen for my motorhome and these were asked to arrange the fitting by the insurers usual national windscreen company. They did not contact me. I waited 3 months and was told all was in hand. I told them it was not good enough and complained to the main windscreen company and their customer complaints guy was great but they kept fobbing him off too. They told him they had tried to ring me when they hadn't, they had the screen but not the seal. I had to ring the dealer of my motorhome and ask about how to obtain the windcreen and seal - they did nothing. When they finally made contact they seemed to be trying to fob me off with a windscreen they may have had in stock and to reuse my old seal. After 4 months and me continually chasing they finally fitted it and the fitters did a good job. Would not trust this company one inch.
