very…good service with friendly staff
Peter who was at front of shop was very tentative and professional throughout. He originally took the booking which was smooth and easy to arrange over the phone.
On arrival, temperature outside was extremely hot and Peter managed with a small portable fan to stay cheerful on the phone and face -to-face with customers entering the shop throughout the time I was waiting.
The tech, Mick, was also dedicated to his work and polite.
There was seating and free hot beverages available.

Fab service..
Visited after finding that my car had been scratched/scrapped whilst parked roadside and one of the tyres was flat. The Protyre team looked at it straight away, changed the tyre and also did their best to buff out as many of the marks on the body and wheel as possible. Very helpful and friendly team.

Very friendly team!
I was booked in to have my tyres done through my lease company. The lease companies organisation was terrible. The pro tyre team were so patient and kind. They could have cancelled the booking (given that that’s what the lease company kept doing!) but they didn’t- I felt they went above and beyond to get the job done. The young lad came in on his day off to do it. Ever so friendly. 10/10

Purchased four tyres and wheel alignment online with good discounts . Fitting was available 1 hour after purchase. When I arrived at protyre I was told an estimated time for Fitting which was spot on. Staff service was great to.
