worst firm i ever have the misfortune of dealing with

We used Protech to replace a bar shower. Sam fitted it and we are very pleased with his work. We would highly recommend them to friends and family. We will definitely use them again. Very reasonably priced.

I rang Pro tech about a fault on our boiler after a couple of local plumbers did not even ring back, Although we were about 40 miles away in Scunthorpe, they sent an Engineer out the same day, both Tom and Paul were Hero's, the fault proved to be very very tricky to find, but they assured us we would be up and running, after plenty of tests and fault finding they did indeed sort the problem, I cannot praise Pro tech highly enough, very friendly and honest, I'll certainly be using them again and would recommend them to anyone wanting a first class job,

Very old boiler system removed and new combi boiler and radiators fitted.From start to finish both Sam and Tom gave 110% no matter how long it took. Both very lovely lads and workaholics, nothing too much trouble and couldn't believe how spotless everything was as they took every scrap of wastage away. Would highly recommend Pro Tech Boilers ,all the management team who helped with any queries as well and we will definitely use them again in the future

An engineer and apprentice attended our property to install a new boiler and fix some minor problems, all work completed to a high standard, on schedule and with minimal disruption.

The engineer was knowledgeable, polite and tested all the gas appliances once he had completed the installation which went very well. He did find an issue with the gas hob, he blocked it off and was back the following week to correct the issue. Would use this company again 😄

After much searching we settled on ProTech to replace our very old boiler. We had sound advice during the survey as well as learning more about our system. The service was efficient with all engineers arriving when they said they would, all very caring and courteous and all tidying behind them. A subsequent issue was dealt with very quickly. I was very impressed from start to finish with this company whose attitude was really refreshing.

Very quick, easy process from initial discussion to boiler being installed. The men that fitted the boiler were courteous and helpful. They laid dust sheets and cleared up after themselves. Am very happy with the boiler and the service provided by Pro tech and would recommend them to anyone thinking about boiler replacement

Cannot recommend Protech enough, from the first call to the office we were looked after with a supportive pre sales team to a honest and trustworthy on site survey they gave us confidence in what we were paying for.

The engineers were friendly, clean and communicated well across all days of thr installation. Respectful of our home and did not disturb us while we worked from home

ProTech gave us first class service with four clear, detailed options of replacement Boilers from Nathan and full updates from their office as to the date and time of proposed fitting. Sam made a super job of the fitting itself and fully explained the working instructions for the new Boiler.
