Although very friendly and efficient in setting us up with one company, the only answer I got out of them for setting up an account with a second (different) company was along the lines of 'we don't deal with them'

Don’t go with this company
Had problems with them with utilities broadband etc. Had to deal with a lot of providers myself to sort out issues. Absolute joke. Have spent 8 hours on phone today trying to resolve problems they caused. They keep blaming other companies. They canceled my broadband activation without my knowledge after I made a complaint. They didn’t call back. They said they didn’t know the number for virgin broadband and that they only e mail. As a person with brain injury my experience has been awful. They also (Padraig) made marketing calls repeatedly after I asked them not to. On phone to Virgin they said property button cancelled my service, and that other customers had issues with them. As a dun Leary council tenant I was stuck with them through their partnership. Would never recommend them to anyone- they added more pain to tasks I could have completed myself.

Didn't ask to sign up for anything, got an email stating I signed up for Bord Gais. Probably so someone somewhere could get commission. I'm happy with airtricity. Terrible to pretend you spoke to someone and that they've agreed to something without ever a word exchanged. Headache for me now when bord gais start mailing me and maybe billing me unsolicited.

I had an average experience with property button
I had no problem with the service provided for waste collection. But on the energy, I was expecting to be contacted by the energy company but instead of a call I received a letter from the energy company indicating my electricity would be shut down if I didn’t agree to a plan which I had already agreed to during my application. I did contact property button about not being contacted but had no progress or follow-up made on the energy contract.
Highly recommend this service!

It was great to get these handed to you. The app buttons wouldn't work. A lot. In the end, I didn't choose what I wanted because I had to try so often. Maybe this is just me though!
