The engineer turned up a day earlier than expected, although I booked by phone in December and they might have put down the wrong day as I normally am not available on Tuesday’s and would not have booked that day. However I was only 2 minutes away when the engineer phoned me to say he was there. The annual check was carried out in very little time and the engineer was polite and professional in his manner. I was very happy with the service I received and happy that he turned up a day early.

The best boiler and heating company in southeast London.

Not only are they honest. They turn up on time. They do the job right so it only has to be done once. Their prices are fair and the quality of their work is excellent. They've fixed old boilers and heating systems fitted by inferior tradespeople. They've also fitted a boiler for me that purrs like a kitten.

If you need a new boiler or repair these are the guys to go to.

Simply the best

We used this company to service our boiler last year. As they were good we reused them this year. The phone is promptly answered by a person. They are all helpful and cordial. The engineer was bang on time and service was comprehensive and thorough.

Great, reliable service

I was extremely impressed by Dean, the engineer that serviced our boiler and replaced a temperature valve on one of the radiators. From the moment Dean arrived, I could tell that he was probably a perfectionist. He was immaculately groomed, extremely polite, confident without an air of cockiness, efficient, and conscientious. Dean explained everything that he was going to do in easy to understand layman's terms. Also, the ladies that I spoke with on the phone to set up the appointment, were helpful and friendly. We have used Progas for years, and have always had good service. I highly recommend them.

I've been using ProGas for years now and always found them great to work with. They're flexible, pathient, and engaging with each installation of radiator (we've had ~6 radiators installed by their team).

Quick. Clean, professional what more does a customer want.
They installed the old one 20 years ago so we just hope we get the same performance from the new one.

the booking was for 11th dec. from 13;00 to 17;00 and the engineer turned up at 09;00 am so we had to cancel other activities.
the so called Service apparently does not include cleaning thoroughly the Heat Exchanger and Convector Channels ..
There was a faulty valve in the expansion tank which was not replaced...because the engineer Donald ---Nice man did not have one.
After the so called Service...the pressure has dropped drastically and suddenly and there is no hot water,,,nor heating,

Excellent service. On arrival the engineer put on shoe covers, completed the job efficiently, signed the paperwork and left the are clean and tidy.

Progas heating services originally installed my combi boiler and under the guidance of progas that it should be annually serviced. The team are professional in their craft clean and polite and reasonably priced. They are my go to service and cannot promote them enough.
