Have patience when ordering online

Signing in erased everything I had already entered and I got no discount like the email noted I would have, perhaps because I had to sign in over again and reset my password. Additionally, there was a charge for same day delivery. The arrangement should be just lovely if it is anything like the picture. I am hopeful it will cheer up the recipient.

Completely disappointed

Absolutely everything from the shipment to the absolute gift card. I had to telling me that now I have to automatically spend another $20 plus another five dollars because it’s same day but online previously before if that I didn’t have to pay and now I don’t understand this is just absolute heinous. I think this is crap. I think this is a steal of money all of it. I will be writing this on Google. I will be writing this on yelp. I’ll be writing this anywhere I can cause this is absolutely insane.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

thank god i accidentally sent the bouquet to myself and not my friend. i paid almost $100 and it looks like something my 7 year old nephew put together in backyard. absolutely hideous, nothing like the picture, 0 effort and very small in terms of number or flowers and volume

Non-existent customer service. Disappointing.

I have ordered from Proflowers several times in the past without issue until this past Mother’s Day. I paid for the upgraded ‘premium’ arrangement. When I was on a FaceTime call with my mom, she said the flowers were beautiful and then showed me. I didn’t say anything to her but despite paying for their arrangement with the most stems, I was shocked to see nothing more than a ‘standard’ arrangement size.

I contacted Proflowers’ customer service via email which included an screenshot of the arrangement from my FaceTime call. I have since sent follow-ups, but have yet to receive a response in over a month. I’ve very disappointed in the lack of care and non-existent customer service. It likely won’t matter to them, but they have lost another customer.

For any potential customers. If you do buy from them, don’t trust they will actually deliver what you ordered.

ProFlowers has been my go to for…

ProFlowers has been my go to for probably a decade now. They always do a good job and the few issues I've ever experienced were rectified very well and quickly. My loved ones are always impressed by the bouquets, which makes me happy.

SCAM Flower Delivery Service

I have ordered 3 times from Proflowers and each time has been a disappointment. The first two deliveries resulted in compensation from the company, if that gives you any idea. This last delivery was so bad that I tried to leave a public review on the website but was unable to do so. Several emails back and forth between myself and Proflowers uncovered the truth: there is no way to leave a real review. The last email customer service sent stated, “ At this time, we do not have a dedicated platform or page for leaving reviews.” However, their website shows reviews from “Verified Purchasers”. I haven’t received a response to my email regarding that, though. This place has scammed me for the last time. Do not bother ordering from here.

TLDR: Do NOT buy from Proflowers, it is a SCAM!
