I wrote the below review about Gotogate and provided my name & date of service & email address. Gotogate’s response - because I did not provide reference numbers they could not confirm what happened. But today when I asked for a transcript of the chat by a previous agent, who it seems ‘forgot’ to send me the transcript at the end of the chat, I was told this could not be done because there has been a change in policy and each agent can only see their own chats & not others ie each time a contact Gotogate with an issue the agent I am speaking cannot see what I have been told before. Now it seems if I provide a reference number previous chats can be seen & reviewed. Reference numbers CGB5IV; Q427AQ; GGFPKN and dates 21 July to 1 August 2026.

I went with Gotogate via the Booking.com platform for (a) low cost flights and (b) 24/7 customer service. I had problems with 3 of the 4 flights I booked for my holiday in Vietnam. Yes I could contact them at any hour but they were useless in assisting me. Every flight ended up costing me more and so much so I started thinking there must be a kick back from the airlines. I completed all fields when making the reservation with Gotogate only to find at check in that it was a ‘requirement’ that middle names be included. Gotogate’s response? It was my responsibility to know the airlines’ requirements. Seriously

NUFLOS have ripped me off hundreds of dollars.. You can’t even return the crap, you can’t cancel, plus they put you on a subscription without your knowledge. They are truly a disgusting company

Elven forest that advertises embroidered tops and dresses is a complete scam … when 5 weeks had gone by and nothing arrived I emailed them and they told me some other website was pretending to be them so I sent my order number to them they then came back and said out of stock please choose another top
I did so and it arrived 2 weeks later a cheap too large non embroidered shirt that looked like a caftan printed on poor fabric with no embroidery at all …..so cheap and nasty I didnt even try it on!
It went straight in the bin to the op shop!
Dont buy those beautiful looking tops or dresses

WARNING: Victorian Oasis Outdoor Living (Vic Oasis) /Gkon – $7,000 Deposit WithheldPosting this as a factual warning to the Melbourne community.

I paid a $7,000 deposit to Victorian Oasis Outdoor Living for a domestic outdoor construction project. After discovering major compliance issues, I legally cancelled the job 3 days after deposit before contract was written and signed and any structural work commenced or building materials were delivered.The operator has stated the deposit is non-refundable and has ceased all communication, refusing to return my $7,000. Under Australian Consumer Law, withholding a deposit when no work has been performed is illegal. This matter has been officially escalated to bank fraud investigators, Consumer Affairs Victoria, and Cyber.gov.au (Police Reference Obtained).Based on my experience, I strongly advise getting independent legal advice before handing over any large deposits to this business.

If I could give ZERO stars, that is the rating Bloomex would be getting from me!! I ordered what looked like a beautiful bouquet for my parents 55th Wedding anniversary and what they delivered was anything but!! I specifically ordered by phone as my parents live in a regional area and I wanted to make sure they would be delivered same day. After giving Bloomex my parents address they assured me the flowers would absolutely be delivered that same day so I went ahead and ordered. I then got an email later that after saying 1. The bouquet i ordered was out of stock but would be replaced with something similar and as a gesture of good will they were including a free Premium gift for the inconvenience, 2.my order would be delivered on 14/7 ( I ordered at 9.30 am 10/7)! Said as the delivery address was regional, it could not be delivered same day! I then rang Bloomex to ask why i was assured it could be delivered same day to then be emailed saying it wouldn’t actually be delivered for 4 days!!! The “customer service” ( and I use that term loosely) consultant could barely string a coherent sentence together and sounded like she was laughing under her breath when i was voicing my frustration at being told lies then when I asked to cancel the order and be refunded she hung up on me! I called back and spoke to a different person who then assured me my order was cancelled and someone would be in touch to arrange my refund after they received official confirmation of the cancellation ! The following Monday (13/7) I rang Bloomex to advise I was still waiting for someone to call and arrange my refund to be told “Oh actually ma’am your order was delivered today. While i was on the phone I checked to see if my mum had messaged me to say she got the delivery and found she had in fact been delivered a half dead bunch of flowers that was mostly green leaves and the premium gift was a small packet of Biscoff biscuits that can be bought for $2 at the local Silly Solly’s! I told the consultant that i still wanted my money back as the glowers were extremely subpar. She told me to get my refund i would need to have my mother return the flowers!! She would have to take them along with a return label to the local Post Office! And send the already half dead bunch back to them! When the return label was emailed the instructions were to print the label and call StarTrack and they would pick up and return which is what mum did. StarTrack picked up on the 16th( the day after the label was received). I still hadnt received anything from Bloomex so yesterday 29/7, I called them again and got the run around from the very incompetent man on the phone who told me he would have to raise an investigation with their warehouse!! When I asked to speak to a manager he told me they were all busy then told me as they were experiencing a high volume of calls he would need to hang up then did!!! This company has ATROCIOUS customer service, False advertising and very poor quality products. They should NOT be allowed to operate anymore! Beware!!! Do NOT use this company if you care about quality and service because they DO NOT deliver on either. In fact all the do deliver is dead flowers and bad service! Oh I almost forgot, the “card” they sent with the flowers was a ripped in half pamphlet they typed on the back of!

Titanium cutting boards are just a scam snd before I realised what was going on they checked me out without reviewing the cart and over $140 was added for delivery which I would never have approved. The boards are only large enough for two slices of bread so utterly useless in a working kitchen- they appeared to be bigger in their advertising- unfortunately I didn’t look at the reviews before I purchased BIG MISTAKE

I put in a review and Ali Express replied and I did not see it straight away. Apparently I had 3 days to reply. I did not get the necessary information and they told me it was hard luck. Give the buyer time to respond. There is a time difference as well.
I bought a dress that was made in the wrong material and the seller said it was hard luck and so did Ali Express.
The seller offered to make the dress again correctly however I had to pay another $280. So they admitted they got it wrong however not willing to correct it for free.
The company is called Fatapaese.

Gave me suggestions that I would never have dared wear but am going to give it a go, even to wearing a dress, something that I haven't done for more than ten years. The outfits are very tempting and with great colours.

This (instant eye temporary eye tightener ) does not work. Instructions say to apply wait static for 5 minutes. And nothing. Not a good buy at all. Supplied by Studio Dermal.

All the time I have used Afterpay I have either payed the due amount before due date or payed off amount completely. That is if you take the time to look through my payments.
I contacted you well before payment due date to inform you my bank account and my phone had been hacked and both required cancelling. I got email back saying ok but this is only able to be AC suspended once until bank issue sorted. Then I get nasty emails stating my overdue fees would be doubled. So when I finally got my bank card reissued I paid a good chunk of owed money. Now you are saying I have more overdue fees to pay.
I am far from happy as I have not defaulted before and it was not my fault. My Afterpay will be paid in full on Monday and then you can shove your Afterpay where the sun don't shine. Reason being I have never been treated so badly and this will also go in a review.

CHARGED me TWICE Without confirming an order. They charged my PayPal account as soon as i selected payment method, but without CONFIRMING AN ORDER. And not only... they set up ongoing charges on my Paypal account for each of the "orders" and charged much more than their advertised price.
When I selected the items, there was no total amount showing, so I clicked back to try and see a total and reselected the product; that caused the second charge.
Disputed both charges with them immediately and with PayPal. Orivelle has since sent me exactly 20 emails (in less than 3 days), one even saying "good news' your order is being prepared or sent eith a tracking number that doesn't work...this was a day after I asked them to cancel and refund.
Now they're saying that because I raised the dispute with Paypal the matter is with them, and they can't do anything. What's stopping them from refunding and providing proof to PayPal?
As far as I'm concerned what they've done is ILLEGAL and I will not let it go... (the one star is only to enable the review).

Nico Boulangerie is a Company in Indonesia that sells their lines of Biscuits here in Australia. The one I bought was a Carmel Stroopwafel which is Dutch cost $10.00 PLEASE DO NOT BUY which was terrible if you see them don’t waste your money, there is no Carmel do not taste anything like what a Stroopwafel should taste like. I can buy ( wish I had ) a Dutch brand for $3.50 so much better. Please please do not waste your money when it is rubbish. I HAVE RECEIVED A REPLY from Nico I have lived in Holland and Stroopwafels I have eaten regularly and these are not anywhere close to them. Also you don’t have to tell me about putting them on a hot coffee plus everyone I have ever had freshly made or shop bought you see the caramel yours you don’t why ???? Plus the biscuit part are caramel coloured also. You said you would give me a AUD$10.00 refund I accept

The service, the room, the bed, the breakfast, the staff was all excellent and what a location. We arrived around midnight and reception was open and ready for us taking our bags to the beautifully designed and decorated room and as we were hungry pointed us to a traditional restaurant for a authentic meal.
I made a mistake in the original booking and the staff could not do enough to help me. They solved my problem quickly and efficiently.
This is a great place to stay if you are going cruising as it's close to the port but centrally located in a vibrant area with lots of restaurants and shops.
I have been to Istanbul before but this will be my forever hotel in Turkey now.

I bought a Samsung S26 ultra from temu seller Sincerity Sales. The internals were packed with an old phone into a new casing. Temus legal team says it is not illegal in there country to do so. Many people reviewed the product and said the same thing that it was going slow, would only take the charge for 2 hours, flashing messages on the screen that wont turn off. Very disappointing. I complained to all the right departments and with no satisfaction.

I purchased in good faith from this “supposedly” Australian company in Noosa called Rosie & Pearl. This shop is a scam and although I did receive an item, it took 4 weeks and I got it after a couple of emails asking where was my item.
It was not as described it was a cheap unbranded polyester piece of crap from China. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered Dreama a sleep powdered drink. I got the product and didn't really like it. The next month I get another order an automatic order and contacted them and said sorry I don't want it and I really don't remember signing up for a subscription. Their response was that it was too late and I would be charged anyway. I am sorry this is really dodgy. Don't use it it makes you groggy and lacks transparency.

I was a client of commander which is recently been taken up by vocus.
The commander provided router started to fail intermittently and failed completely on a Sunday. It failed after four years of continuous use. There is no phone help available on a Sunday. I chose to change it to a mesh system deco50.
The ISP (Vocus) created difficulties by not readily providing logon details in FULL and flatly refusing to email them or SMS them. This made transcribing the huge uname and the relatively small password accurately very difficult. THIS MADE POPULATING THE NEW ROUTER IMPOSSIBLE AS ONE IMPORTANT BIT OF DATA WAS MISSING FROM THE INFORMATION THAT FOCUS SENT. I assume this is because they wanted me to buy their mesh system, much more expensive but pre-populated with the ft t h logon details.
TP router helpline which is available 24/7 sorted out my problems and we got the system working quite quickly almost completely without the help of vocus.
When my vocus contract is up I intend to change isp.
