I have been to production rooms a few times now, and everyone is always so helpful.
If you want to just try out the latest gear then thats fine and their product knowledge is amazing. I have spent money with them based on in store recommendations and always been impressed!

The production room have great staff,you don't feel like they are ripping you off,you are made to feel like a mate who they are trying to help.They give you honest advice which is why id always use them.You can quite happily try all the gear out which is good - Keep up the good work lads!

I've purchased items 3 times from Production room now, with each purchase running smooth and delivery within a week. 2 of the times a had a call to discuss the purchase from an actual human which is always good. This time I ordered a krk subwoofer and paid for an ex demo model, 2 days later i recieved a call to say they had no ex demo ones in stock, and would of course send me a brand new one for the same price, this coupled with the returning customer discount of 5% made them untouchable on the price, cheaper by £35 than their nearest rival.
Won't buy studio equipment from anyone else now.

I have used The Production Room twice now to purchase music gear and both times I was not disappointed with the service I received. For me the best part of the service was the time the 'sales team' member spent on the phone with me making sure that I had all the information that I needed regarding the kit that I was about to buy. Cant fault them. 10/10 from me.

I have purchased many products from Production Room. Ranging from MIDI Controllers to Headphones and Active Studio Monitors. Even years after purchase I can still count on the team at Production Room to give me the after sale care and support I need, even at the busiest times they can always find time for you. I refuse to shop anywhere else for my music needs, because I know I will not find this level of dedication anywhere else.

I purchased an sE Gemini III from Production Room, and I had an excellent experience. I spoke to a great guy on the phone, whose name escapes me, unfortunately. He sourced the mic, contacted me the next day with an expected arrival and delivery date, and offered me a good deal.

In addition to this, they keep me informed of special offers - and exclusive ones too. I ordered an XLR cable which was out of stock, and they called me within an hour or so to tell me they weren't getting any for a while, which gave me the opportunity to purchase elsewhere.

I cannot fault them and I hope they continue to provide an excellent service.

Each time I have engaged with Paul, Alison, Richard and the team at PR, it has been an absolute pleasure. They combine good old fashioned great service with a real passion for their products.

Their prices are as good as anywhere on the internet and you can trust their opinions to help guide you through the minefield of technical jargon.

There really is no reason to go anywhere else.

I can't recommend these people enough. Pay them a visit, you won't be dissapointed.

Every time I have purchased off production room the quality of service is very high.

If you have any issues about products the team are very responsive and easy to talk to.

On top of this if an item is out of stock the company will do their best to either find a replacement or they will order it in for you.

Overall a brilliant company and highly trust worthy.

I purchased an 'open box' Saffire 24 DSP Sound Interface card over the telephone and the lady was very polite and helpful. My order was despatched same day and received the following day.

Unfortunately, my item developed a fault the same day and I had to call customer services regarding this. Thankfully, the service I received had been first class, after I reported the fault the unit was swapped out rapidly, no questions or quibble.

Highly recommended and I'd like to thank Production Room on a very friendly, easy and smooth transaction.

Ive gone a little crazy this year whilst upgrading my home studio, picking up a Nord Lead 2x, Moog Minitaur, Gemini 5 and a Blue Bluebottle, aswell as Cubase 7, a couple of the Korg Monotrons and a Launchpad. The service has always been excellent and I had a mic stand thrown in with my Gemini.

With the Cubase purchase, Production Room beat a better price from another online retailer and then kep that open for me for a week or so until I had the hard cash! Wow

Great service and the staff are always very friendly, in person or on the phone, and happy to help and advise.

I've also attended one of the Cubase demo evenings and was welcomed warmly and was kept topped up with tea and a beer. You can't say fairer than that.

I recently bought a new Neumann U87 studio condenser microphone from Production Room. Their price was very competitive and they always go the extra mile to help. The service was first class - they got me exactly what I wanted - ! Asking for advice on a Pro Tools upgrade, it was good to speak to someone who actually knew what they were talking about. My thanks to all at Production Room - especially Alison & Richard :-))

I rang up to request if I could order Komplete 8, pay by card, and then collect in person rather than waiting for delivery.

Production Room were more than happy to help and the payment process was quick and painless. Within an hour of deciding I wanted to buy Komplete I had it in my hands, installing onto my laptop.

Would recommend there services to anyone and I myself will be back many times, I'm sure. In short - exceptional service, good prices and all round a great bunch of guys to have a chat with!

I've just spent half the day at Production Room discussing the relative merits of different digital desks with a view to a purchase. Everyone is so helpful. I wouldn't now go anywhere else for my equipment - they are just first class!

I love visiting the store. The staff are really great and knowledgeable. You know they are just as passionate as each customer that comes in. I love shopping there and always choose to go in store over shopping online because their prices are the same if not cheaper a lot of the time.

Went into the store last year to pick up a pair of studio headphones, they went through a great selection of them with me, and let test them out in store with plenty of material. the online web chat system is great and really help me decided what software to buy and gave a great price.
