I visited Production Room to look at a Bose L1 PA System, they had the full range on demonstration and allowed me to put my guitar and piano through the system to make sure it sounded as expected. 10/10 for Bose, great sound and very easy to transport. I was able to take away the system on the day, very good service from a friendly shop. I would shop here again.

Bought my Nord Piano from Production Room. Was able to compare the Nord, Roland and Yamaha which is rare. Good price, good service and nice people.

I purchased a Yamaha Piano from Production Room in Leeds as I live in a city near by, Wakefield, and wanted advice and a home set up. In the store Richard took me through the range of Pianos and then left me to try them for myself. I chose the Yamaha NU1 in the end which is a wonderful sound and action.

Richard and Duncan from the shop delivered the NU1 a few days later and set it up in my living room taking away all the rubbish.

I must say it is rare to get such lovely service from beginning to end now a days.

i bought the Waves Gold Bundle received everything i needed within hours and i was up and running, couldn't ask for more.

Absolutely love to visit their Leeds store even if it's just to have a quick peek at some gear and always feel welcome. A lot of my studio gear comes from there over the years, as the price is always competitive and I can just pick it up locally the old fashion way. Last time I went there, it was just to see the new Bitwig in action and ended up with a new Maschine Studio!! Haha - Now If that's not a skilled salesmanship from their team then what is???? :D

BTW - there is always something interesting going on in there... I loved the Analog Synthesis workshop a few weeks ago. Hope these type of events will continue...

My order for a Waves Gold plugin bundle came through the next day, it was a very easy transaction and allowed me to get on my work very quickly.

I went to choose a digital piano and was given expert help and advice. Ordering was simple and the staff gave me an accurate time-scale as to when I could expect delivery. I was informed by email and phone call of the delivery date and time so that someone could be in to receive the instrument. The delivery staff placed the instrument where I wanted it, unpacked and checked it was working well and cleared all the packing as they left. I could not ask for more.

Plenty of helpful, useful and friendly communication regarding my item and my order. I was kept in touch throughout the whole process.

The courier, DPD, are the best courier company that I know of currently since they give a 1 hour delivery slot which always seems to work (for me anyway).

So all in all it'll be easy to buy from The Production Room again in the future.

The item arrived swiftly, in full working order and was competitively priced. No complaints here.

I usually call in as I work in Leeds. All staff are knowledgable, really friendly and really helpful. Go in, have a mess around on some gear with no hassle. Free tea and coffee too.
Mail order is excellent also. Ordered a piece of kit on Wednesday - delivered Thusday.

I normally get top service from the delivery service provided by DPD, too, but on this particular occasion I'm afraid they were a let down and failed to deliver on the correct date.

Just received our new Yamaha piano and its wonderful. The service we received was fantastic from all involved, and the delivery and set up was done with great care and expertise. I would definitely recommend to anyone buying high end music equipment.

Was looking for a Roland rd 700 NX and went through Production Room, they were extremely friendly and professional.
I placed the order and all the info regarding the order was emailed me even the name of the driver who would be bringing it me.
It arrived and I was more than happy with my Piano and overall experience.
I would recommend and shop there again.

I live within driving distance of the shop in Leeds so I like to visit rather than buy online, I think the prices in store are just the same as online unlike some other retailers. The staff know their stuff and are eager to talk and share knowledge without any pressure to buy. They have a little seating area and drinks are available if, like me, you take along your suffering spouse. And you might be lucky to meet Henry, the biggest and most friendly dog in the world. Personally I suggest you ask for Andy when you visit, but all the guys in there are great.

Do be aware however that Trustpilot side with companies and will do everything they can to get unfavourable reviews deleted.

Ordered, arrived next day. Great customer service when there turned out to be a problem with the card I used. Delivered by DPD so I knew exactly when it would turn up. Great service and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I first dealt with production room via ebay, where I bought a b-stock Nord Electro 4D from them. I haven't played actively for years so tend to look for good deals on equipment. I was so pleased with their service that I've continued to buy bits and bobs from them ever since, Focusrite 2i2, VRM box, KRK KNS-8400, all of which flagged up on the bargain sections of the newsletter emails which they frequently send out. These are great as they keep me up to date with what's new and what's going on as well as providing some solid bargains. the guys are professional and pleasant to deal with, and delivery time is good. Even for higher end price purchases which I make in future, I'll be looking at production room.

The Scarlett 2i2 bundle is an excellent starting point for anyone beginning home recording directly into a mac. The price for this was better than anywhere else on the web.

It came well packaged and delivery was next day and within an allotted hour, which means the whole day is not written off waiting around.

I purchased a absolute zero set of head phones ,because the one I wanted was out of stock ,I was contacted immediately and offered a better pair at a good price and next day delivery perfect transaction from beginning to end .would use again with confidence the headphones are perfect for my needs blocking sound from outside and only need to be on low level excellent

I bought the Reason balance / Reason 6.5 + free upgrade from the Production room.

I had decided to go back to basics when buying the 2box digital drum set after much online searching forums and youtube demos ...I visited the local stockists in leeds for the simple reason ....you can't in any way beat personal service especially of high quality ...i was not in anyway disappointed ... knowledgeable warm and friendly ...i shall be ordering additional product without any hesitation in the future ...
