I have to say the staff in the braehead store are so nice the woman that served me the last time recognised me as soon as I walked in. That’s a high score before I made my purchase which was out of stock but it was no problem for her to order it and get it delivered to my house

I can’t remember the sales persons name unfortunately but she was very nice and introduced herself immediately upon arrival and offering to help, was in and out shop in 10 minutes but I would say extremely satisfied with the service provided.
Unfortunately the items purchased have not been tested yet as they are a birthday present for the 6th oct lol but again the shop rep asked the right questions on my query about professional knives and the budget I was working with and I am confident she has provided me with the desired results
6 stars out of 5 would be my choice of rating in terms of service provided
