I am writing this review to warn other buyers. I purchased the ProCook Gourmet Stainless Steel set (S3883). In the store, the sales assistant assured me that this range had a ceramic coating. Unfortunately, that was not true. These pans are pure stainless steel with no non-stick or ceramic layer whatsoever.
They are completely unsuitable for frying delicate foods like eggs or fish. As you can clearly see in my photos: The eggs stick to the surface while cooking.The pan is left with burnt-on food residue that is extremely difficult to scrub off.
While they might be fine for simmering or making sauces, frying on them is a nightmare. I am very disappointed with this purchase due to the misleading information given at the time of sale. Do not waste your money if you need a pan for everyday frying.
