Sadly disappointing
Good point:
The kettle looks stylish
Bad points:
The water level window only appears on one side so if you hold the kettle in your left hand, you have no idea of how much water you’ve put in
The kettle feels unbalanced, maybe due to low positioning of lid opening button on handle
The kettle can sometimes splash when pouring as the spout is quite wide (compared to old Russell Hobbs)

Rang early on a Sunday and kindly the lady pit the kettle I wanted aside having checked the stock so my father could collect at the store that day and bring to me in London. All went smoothly. Thank you.

Stepping into a well presented store, i was approached by a member of staff who was very polite. I was allowed to roam the store at my own pace and without being hassled by anyone. Once I made my decision on what to purchase a member of staff was available to me. The member was very polite and knowledgeable guiding me through my final purchase. A great experience
