Excellent service from Jordan at Pro AV. Found what I needed easily on the website, rang the helpline to get some extra information. The phone was picked up quickly and their knowledge was good. I ordered the monitor and it was delivered the next day. Faultless service and great price.

ProAv is one of the most professional sales companies I use and have used for the last 10years.
Nick and the team always deliver on time every time and are completely transparent on stock and a delivery date. Even when I have been abroad filming in remote locations Nick and ProAv have delivered urgent replacements of kit that has been damaged or failed so they really are a globel source of equipment sales.

Excellent speedy service and a fantastic price

The description of 'whats in the box' was not what I recieved. When I brought this to the attention of Proactive they chose to tell me to send the Zoom H5 back to them and have a refund, rather than to send the items that they advertised that came with the recorder to me. This has wasted a lot of my time.

I ordered a camera that I thought was in stock but once I ordered it, they emailed me to let me know it was out of stock and would take 10-14 days to deliver.

I contacted them asking to cancel and refund the order, since I wanted the camera for a specific event, and they were so fast and so helpful and refunded me literally within 2 hours. Great customer service :)

It was the only place in the whole of the UK that sold what I wanted. The expectation was 2-3 weeks, it came in 10 days. Reasonable price - fast - I'll shop here again.

I was kept informed of my order regularly because of a delay from manufacturer. The lady who kept me updated did so very politely and with care. Because of this I will use Pro av for all my future needs.

Zero issues with my order. I placed an order at 14:57 and still made the 3pm cutoff for next day delivery.
