We completely understand how frustrating it must have been not to receive your order in time, especially after placing it well in advance. While our delivery timeframe is usually 7–10 working days, the item you ordered was out of stock, and we were reliant on Sony to restock it. Unfortunately, delays on their side meant we couldn’t meet your expected timeframe.
We take full responsibility for not communicating this more clearly. Your experience has shown us where we need to improve, and we’re already working on better stock visibility and clearer updates for our customers in future.

Exemplary customer service
I ordered from this company for the first time, as they had the product I wanted at a competitive price. And as a disabled person, I needed special paperwork to enable 0% VAT. The team couldn't have been more helpful and responsive – it was great to be able to discuss the order on the phone, and when there was a mix-up about colour choice, the replacement and return process was faultless.

I recently purchased the iFootage Shark Slider Nano II 650 from ProAV, and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service I received. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional.
In particular, I want to highlight the outstanding support provided by Jordan Ashmore, who dealt with my order. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and proactive throughout – answering questions promptly and ensuring the order was processed and delivered efficiently.
