DPD have admitted they didn’t deliver my package but that I needed to raise it with Pritchards. I’ve sent 2 emails and 2 form submissions on the website and not had a response. I’ve now got to pursue this via Visa to get reimbursed.

Amazing prompt service
Amazing prompt service, beautifully packed and arrived so quickly, (2 days after ordering) despite only having standard delivery. Living far from the store means I can only visit occasionally so I was delighted by the online service and I’ll definitely use Pritchards again. Thank you!

With the Royal Mail strikes we are advising all customers to use our DPD (next Day) delivery services if the order is needed for a certain time, this is stated on our website. I have done some digging and during the payment process, your delivery was estimated to be Tue 04 Oct - Fri 07 Oct, this can also be found on your order confirmation.

Excellent service and quality products
Excellent service. Item as described and nicely presented. Delivery was brilliant. Needed an urgent delivery and whilst I of course paid more for this - it was well worth it. Will definitely shop here again and I highly recommend others to do the same.
